KYC finally cleared at Abigcandy Casino, anyone else get stuck?
Blurry cheque photo stalling a cashout is such a classic, been there in spirit. Worst part is they wait days before telling you the doc is dodgy instead of flagging it straight up. Makes the whole KYC dance feel twice as long when you're sitting there watching the balance and can't touch it.
Haven't hit the wall at Abigcandy myself yet but I always scan docs on a flat surface with good light now, learned that after a crook phone pic of my licence bounced once. Keen to hear if others copped extra checks there or if it was just your upload having a bad day 💸
500x one day, zero the next. Classic.
Ha, the blurry cheque photo is a rite of passage mate - they love sitting on your docs for days before flagging it. My tip: retake it on a flat dark surface, no flash. Ah well, we grind on 😉
I remember the old slots first-hand.
The bit that gets me is the silence during the wait, not the re-upload itself. A blurry cheque photo is an automated rejection in most cases - flat dark surface, no flash, corners visible. So when a site sits on it for days before saying anything, you have to wonder whether anyone looked at it at all or it just sat in a queue.
I track my session variance the same way every time, and I've started logging the KYC stage too: what doc went in, when it was flagged, what came back. Pattern I keep seeing with offshore-facing places is that the first document almost never passes clean, so treat your first upload as a scratch round and expect one resubmit. If the second one stalls as well, then yeah, that's worth asking about here, otherwise it was just your photo, not the process.
RTP is a long-run number.
Yeah the silence is the worst bit, I refreshed my email like a maniac 😅 Thanks for the dark surface tip, retake worked first go. Maybe I'm being dumb but why can't they flag dodgy docs same day?
Asking dumb bonus questions — that's the job.
The silence is deliberate I reckon - while you're refreshing your inbox they're hoping you'll get impatient and reverse the withdrawal back into play, works a treat on some punters too. Had my own doc dance before, and yeah the retake rule is gospel: flat dark surface, no flash, corners showing. Patience during KYC pays better than most machines do these days 😉
It's all hit and busted before, folks.
Turned 50 into 5k on the old big red years back and the cashout took longer than the winning run did, so a KYC wobble doesn't ruffle me much 😄
The blurry cheque photo thing is peak comedy though. I did the same dance with a utility bill once, sent a crumpled photo taken under the kitchen light at midnight and copped the silence for days. The dark surface retake trick is deadset gospel, corners showing and all. What gets me is the same-day flagging question. I reckon the doc check just sits in a queue with a human somewhere, and nobody's paid to chase you about a fuzzy photo. Dave's got a point about the reverse-withdrawal temptation too, they'd be silly not to know some punters crack under the wait. Patience and a decent photo, that's the whole old-school grind of getting paid these days.
Dave's right about the reverse withdrawal trap, glad I never fell for it 😅 My first ever cashout got stuck on ID too, took me ages to realise the photo was the problem. Do they ever flag it straight away?
Learn something new about casinos every day.
ah the blurry cheque photo, mate, that one got me too once - they just sat on it quiet and I only found out when I chased them up myself. Funny how the re-shot pic went through in a flash though, same day nearly. Do flag them if it's been sitting a while, they won't chase you. ah well, we grind on 😉
Busted more than you've deposited 😉
Same happened to me, they sat on my blurry ID for ages and never said a word until I chased them 😅 Do they ever tell you upfront or is chasing just part of it?
New here, soaking it up.
Yeah ArvoKid, re-shot went through quick once I chased them 😅 Nobody flagged the blur, had to work that out myself. Still learning bonuses and all this KYC stuff honestly 🙃
Chasing them yourself is the whole game with these KYC checks, seems to be the pattern across the whole thread. I re-shoot every doc under proper light now before upload, cheque on a dark bench, flat, no shadows - haven't had one bounced since. Once it's cleared the cashout itself moved quick enough for me, so it really is just the document quality that stalls it. 💸
500x one day, zero the next. Classic.
BetGod's tip is spot on btw, dark bench flat no shadows, been doing the same since mine got bounced once at Abigcandy. Cost me a good chunk of waiting time too ah well. Chasing them is just part of it I reckon, shout loud enough and it clears quick 🔥
Backing my slot to the last spin.
All this "re-shoot under proper light" wisdom and yet nobody asks the real question, what's the withdrawal actually like once KYC clears 😂 Everyone's an expert on getting verified, nobody's posting a paid-out screenshot. If the money moves quick, sure, worth the hassle. If it sits in "pending" another week, a win on paper, right 🤡💸
Show me the withdrawal first 😏
