no such thing as a noob question here mate - "docs" just means proof of who you are: usually photo id (licence or passport), a recent utility bill or bank statement for address, and sometimes a pic of the card you deposited with. once Abigcandy asked for mine at cashout I sent all three in one go, that way they can't come back asking for more and stall the withdrawal. ah well, we grind on 😉
