Manly_North asking the right question there, "processed" means bugger-all until it's sitting in your account. I got stung once by a place that marked a cashout processed and then it just sat there for days with no movement. Since then I check my actual bank balance before I'll call anything a win.
OP, glad yours landed properly. My rule after the KYC dance is get the docs in before you even need a withdrawal, ID, proof of address, the lot, so they've got no excuse to sit on it while your bankroll idles. And cashing out in time is everything; the longer a pending withdrawal sits, the more tempting it is to reverse it and have another slap 😭💸

@ManlySouth deadset right on this one. I did the same at another offshore site last year, uploaded ID within an hour of registering and the cashout took two days instead of the fortnight my mate copped for waiting. Only wrinkle worth knowing, some of these places ask for a fresh utility bill if the first docs sit longer than a few months, so check the expiry on your proof of address too.

On a small spin sample the variance will swing either way, but a fortnight of verification drag is a certainty if you wait. Also worth checking whether they pay back to the original deposit card or force a bank transfer, because that choice alone can add days.
