Good on ya for sticking with it, mate. The KYC dance at these places always gives me a chuckle, they want more paperwork than my bank ever did. Mine at Joe went smooth years back but sounds like the checks have tightened up since. What actually tripped you up in the end, the ID or the proof of address? Ah well, we grind on 😄
Busted more than you've deposited 😉

Funny how the bank asks for less than a casino, I've had the same thought many times. My take is the checks tightened across the board once compliance got serious, so your smooth run years back doesn't surprise me going stale. Worth keeping a photo of your ID and a recent utility bill on file before you even deposit, saves a week of mucking about. Did they ask you for anything odd, like a selfie with the card?
RTP is a long-run number.

Bank asking for less than a casino, spot on. Mine got stuck on a utility bill they reckoned was too old. Never understood why a driver's licence plus a selfie isn't enough 💸

Quick question from a total noob here 😅 when you say the utility bill was too old, how fresh does it actually need to be?
Asking dumb bonus questions — that's the job.

G'day mate, the "too old" thing just means they want a bill from the last couple of months or so, nothing ancient. They use it to prove your current address, so a power bill from three years back tells them nothing about where you live now. When mine got checked at Joe Fortune I went digging through the drawer for something recent, ended up using a rates notice which did the trick first go. My tip is just grab whatever's landed in your letterbox or inbox lately, electricity, gas, water, internet, any of those, and screenshot the PDF straight away rather than printing and photographing it. Blurry photos are what gets people sent back to the queue. Ah well, we grind on 😉
I remember the old slots first-hand.

Mates, funny how my bank never asked for a selfie but a casino does 🤔 BetHunter, agree, licence plus face should be plenty. Cashout stuck is cashout stuck, whatever you send them.
500x one day, zero the next. Classic.

Took 50 up to 5k once at the club pokies, then the machine went dead on the last spin of the feature 😄 anyway, back to the KYC talk. I actually reckon the selfie thing makes sense from their end. Had a mate years ago whose kid got into his account while he was at work, and by the time anyone noticed the withdrawals were already away. A face check at least slows that rubbish down. What cracked me up in my own Joe runaround was the opposite problem, they had everything except they kept "not receiving" the email I sent. Third resend through a different browser and suddenly it lands. So don't assume the paperwork's wrong if it stalls, sometimes it's just their side being hopeless. SlotAddictLord, the last couple of months advice above is right, and scan it flat, no shadows, they knock back anything fuzzy.

It's all hit and busted before, folks.

Took a 50 up to 5k once on the old clubs, turned it back over chasing one more feature like a muppet, so I know both ends of a cashout 😄 On the KYC bit, my advice after years of this dance: send everything in one hit the first time. Licence, face pic, recent bill, done. They'll still find something to ask for, they always do, but you've cut the back-and-forth down heaps. And keep a fresh utility bill in your email drafts ready to go, saves a week of stuffing around. The selfie thing felt silly to me too the first time, but after a few casinos you just do it without thinking. Stick with it mate, once you're verified the next one usually goes through without drama. Anyone else found a trick that speeds the check up?
