Joe Fortune cashout: what does the KYC check actually involve?

Anyone actually been through the Joe Fortune KYC recently? I've got a withdrawal sitting in the queue and I want to know what they ask for before it clears. ID, utility bill, the usual, or do they want more? Bonus hunting is a job for me and cashing out in time is everything, so a stuck payout is the one thing that ruins my week. Never hit this stage with them yet, everyone seems cagey about the docs side. If you've had funds held at verification, how long did it sit there and what finally got it through? 😭💸

Ah, the KYC queue, where every withdrawal goes to die for a bit 😄 Been through it a while back with these offshore joints, Dave. Expect the standard stuff, photo ID, something with your address on it, maybe a pic of the card you deposited with. They can ask for more if your docs don't match up clean, and that's where folks get stuck. My tip is get everything in before they even ask, good light, all four corners visible, name and address dead straight. Half the dramas I've seen were from a blurry phone snap of a power bill. Can't give you exact turnaround times because mine was a while ago and these things shift. Just keep an eye on the account messages, they sometimes want a second thing without emailing you properly. First big cashout always gets the full treatment, after that it's usually smoother. Ah well, we grind on.
I remember the old slots first-hand.

Standard is ID, address doc, card pic if you deposited with one. I'd want proof of payment too once it clears. Got a cashout screenshot when yours lands?
Licence first, deposit after.

is a bank statement okay instead of a utility bill for the address check? 😰 I'm still learning bonuses and how this KYC thing works. 🙏
New here, soaking it up.

Bank statement's fine for the address check, Brizzie, been accepted everywhere I've sent one, must be recent and show your name and address. KYC just means they prove you're you before they release the cash, id plus that doc basically covers it. Took me a while the first time, felt like forever watching my win sit there, ah well, we grind on 😉

One tip from when I got stung years back, make sure the name on your bank statement matches your ID exactly. Mine had my middle initial on one and not the other, and they bounced the doc and made me resubmit, cost me days. Brizzie, a bank statement does the job fine, just needs to be recent with your name and address on it. 😉
It's all hit and busted before, folks.

Cheers WageringReq and TurboX, that helps 🙏 maybe I'm being dumb but my bank statement only has my middle initial, guess I should get that sorted before I cash out 😅
Learning to clear wagering, go easy 🙏

TurboX copped the same middle-initial drama as me years back, doc bounced twice before it cleared. Make sure the whole thing's legible too, blurry photo and they'll bounce it quicker than a dead pokie.

Blurry photo bounce is real, had one rejected for a shadow across the bill. Just check the name matches your ID before you hit submit and you'll be right. 🎰
