you gotta check your wallet app mate, that’s where the tx hash lives not usually on the casino side. think of the hash as the unique tracking number for your specific crypto payment, proving it left your wallet. then you give that number to Joe Fortune so they aren't just guessing if your deposit is actually on the blockchain void.
