Anyone had issues cashing out from Joe Fortune lately?
Watching this one π I only put my first deposit in recently and I'm still learning how bonuses and cashouts work, so I'd be rubbish at answering. But keen to hear what ID they asked people for at verification and whether the money actually landed without drama π
Newbie, the short version from my own run-ins with verification everywhere: they'll usually want a photo ID, maybe a bill, and the card you used. Get it in before you win big, not after - saves the funds sitting in limbo while you're chasing documents. Anyone here actually been through Joe's process lately? π
ChasingLossesAgain nailed it, verify before you need the payout, not after. I've had a cashout sit in limbo once because my bill was a screen shot instead of the proper PDF, cost me the best part of a week. Keep the bet per spin boring and steady while it clears too, no hero stuff πΈ
500x one day, zero the next. Classic.
Thanks ChasingLossesAgain, that helps π dumb question though. When you say a bill for proof of address, does a phone bill work or do they want a utility one? π
New here, soaking it up.
Not a dumb question at all mate. Either usually does, they just want something recent with your name and address on it, so a phone bill is fine if it actually shows the address, plenty of the big telco bills do. I've sent a gas bill myself and it went through no fuss. ChasingLossesAgain is spot on though, get it all in early, saves the funds sitting there while you dig around for paperwork. ah well, we grind on π
I remember the old slots first-hand.
Funny how everyone here's a verification coach yet nobody's actually answered the bloke's question about Joe Fortune payouts π
Anyone had funds actually land, or just theory?
John's got a point π from my end, cashouts did land without drama when the ID was clean up front - only holdups I've heard of were folk sending fuzzy scans. Get the verification sorted first and you'll be right.
It's all hit and busted before, folks.
Dave's spot on I reckon, clean scans saved me a re-upload round π my phone bill had the address on it and that was enough. Did anyone's payout actually take longer than the quoted window though? π
@DaveFortune yeah this lines up with mine, sent clear scans on day one and the cashout hit my bank no drama π cleared a A$380 win last month and it landed quicker than I expected tbh. Same as you say, fuzzy pics are what clogs it up... do it once, do it right π₯π°

@StickySpin mine sat a fair bit past the quoted window once, then landed without a word of explanation. But did they let you withdraw proper, or is that still theory? π€‘π
Here to argue, not to clap for your profit.
Funny how every second reply here is about scans and bills, and yet nobody's said whether the cash actually landed in their account, from whom, how quick π€ I've had wins go sideways before on slow verification, so clean docs only half the story for me. Anyone on this thread actually had a Joe Fortune withdrawal hit their bank lately, or are we all just coaching? πΈ
Bonus taken, wagering cleared.
Honestly that's my worry too π
had a small win the other week and haven't even tried the cashout yet. Sounds like clean scans up front is the go. Keen to hear if anyone's funds actually landed quick π
Learn something new about casinos every day.
Mate, a A$380 win that "landed no drama", sure, post the screenshot π it's always smooth sailing right up until the second withdrawal. Mine got bounced twice over a blurry bill π€‘πΈ
Show me the withdrawal first π

@TrueBlueLocal just send the docs straight away mate, don't wait for them to ask π₯ did mine the arvo I signed up and the cashout basically glided through, no dramas at all. Joe Fortune been my all-time favourite for ages now, this site pays when you do the paperwork right... had a mate at the pub whinge about delays and turns out his ID pic looked like it was taken on a potato lol. ah well

@BornToSpin_Mode57 "pays when you do the paperwork right" - sure, but got a cashout screenshot? One smooth withdrawal arvo means nothing if it's the only one. Second payout went through just as clean? That's when I'll believe it.
Hype isn't a payout.

@AdelaideMate A$380, "no drama", quicker than expected... so where's the profit? Everyone's quick to show the one clean cashout and quiet as a mouse about the hundred deposits before it π did you even withdraw a second time yet, or is this still the honeymoon? First payout always glides, the third one's where the house gets clingy π€‘πΈ
A paper win won't feed you.
@Adelaide yes, verify up front, it's the single best thing you can do - the KYC queue is where every payout gets stuck, and doing it while you've got nothing pending means zero stress later. Also keep your deposit method and withdrawal method the same from day one, mixing them triggers extra checks. One tip: your first few sessions will tell you nothing about whether the site is good or bad, that's just variance doing its thing, so judge the cashier on speed of the second and third payout, the first one is always the showroom model π
Do the EV, then spin.
CairnsKid asking for screenshots like receipts π funny how nobody wants proof until there's a win involved. For what it matters my second cashout took longer than the first, bank checking slower both times though, so pick your poison. Real question Adelaide - whatever lands in your account, does any of it survive long enough to hit the bank balance twice? ππ€‘πΈ

@MultiplierGG564 the second-payout-slower pattern matches what I've seen tracked across a few operators, and there's a boring reason for it. First withdrawal clears the KYC backlog all at once, second one lands in a different queue where the payment processor does its own risk scoring on repeat withdrawals. Nothing sinister, just a second layer.
That said, CairnsKid has a fair point underneath the sarcasm - one person's sample size of two tells you about your bank and your timing, nothing about the casino's average. On a small spin sample you can prove almost anything. If both of yours cleared within normal window times with no re-uploads requested, that's a decent signal, but I'd want to hear from someone who hit a five-figure cashout before calling the pipeline clean. Anyone here actually pulled a big one off Joe Fortune recently?
I keep my own spin/hit spreadsheet π

@Cascade77 that risk-scoring queue explanation tracks with what I've seen too, and it's the boring reason that's usually the real one. Only thing I'd add: the "slower second payout" excuse is also exactly what slow-pay casinos hide behind, so the timing matters less than whether it actually lands. Payline888, happy to believe you hit, but post the cashout receipt and then we're talking.
Licence first, deposit after.

@CairnsKid fair dinkum skepticism, but yeah mine went clean twice now, second one took a bit longer like Cascade said. π€π° hit big last night and not even worried about the next cashout tbh π₯
Maybe I'm being dumb but I haven't even got to my first cashout yet, still clearing the wagering π
so this thread is handy. Keeping deposit and withdrawal the same from the start, noted, thanks π
Asking dumb bonus questions β that's the job.

@Payline888 congrats on the hit! π€ quick Q. When you say second cashout took longer, how much longer are we talking? Still clearing my first wagering myself π
New here, soaking it up.
TrueBlueBlue mine took a few extra business days the second time, no dramas, still landed clean π withdrew a chunk of that A$1.2k hit from the weekend and the moneys already sitting in my account, this joint pays I swear π€π₯ and Manly_North mate fair point but mine always lands so ah well

@DeadSpinMerchant A$1.2k nice one π€ same experience here, second cashout dragged a bit but landed clean every time ah well

@KevBet same here mate, had a slow one on my second cashout too but it landed in the end. Joe Fortune's never stiffed me once, punters just panic during the wait π
been spinning my favourite pokie on there every evening and cashing out when it pays, all good π°π°
Backing my slot to the last spin.

@TrueBlueBlue first one's the slow one usually, verification and all that. Mine dragged a bit too then flew after π₯ clear the wagering and don't stress ah well
The hit is close, I can feel it.

@Mike_Freo yeah that matches mine, id verification was the pain then everything flew after. Cleared wagering on my favourite pokie and the payout still landed quick π₯

π€£ my first cashout with them took so long I'd already organised the funeral for the A$. But yeah, cleared the wagering and it flew after. Second one landed no worries.
Came to hit, stayed to tilt πΏ
Mine always landed too, though the second one sat there long enough I nearly rang them. DeadSpinMerchant's right, once the paperwork's done it usually flies. Manly_North makes a fair point though β a payout that lands is the only proof that counts, everything before that is just waiting. ah well, we grind on π
Busted more than you've deposited π
Seriously though, anyone think they actually care about the waiting time when you hit a huge win ngl? Joe Fortune is the best provider hands down, I've been spinning my favourite pokie there and had a massive payout come through last week, it felt like forever but then BAM, the cash landed!!! π°π°π₯ You just gotta ride the wave, trust me π€.
