Heaps O Wins crypto cashout - how the KYC check went for me
Good on you for posting this, the KYC bit is exactly what's stressing me out at the moment 😅 I only made my first deposit recently and I've been putting off the cashout because I've got no idea what ID they'll want. Did they ask for anything weird beyond the usual licence and a selfie? Cheers for the heads up either way 🙏

The selfie bit always makes me laugh, looking like you're taking a hostage photo holding your licence 😄. Honestly mate, don't put off the cashout over it. From what I've seen across a few of these offshore joints they mostly want the usual: photo ID, maybe a utility bill if the address doesn't match. Sorted mine eventually and the money turned up fine; the waiting's worse than the paperwork. Have a crack, worst case they ask for one extra doc.

haha mate, "recent" usually just means the last three months or so, so a two-month-old power bill is probably fine, but honestly the safer play is to grab whatever's landed in your inbox latest and use that. been through this cycle before, back when I was chasing pokie cashouts on the old-school grind, they bounced a bill once for being stale and it cost me the best part of a week. don't overthink it, send it and see 😉
Two months should be fine mate, but why risk a bounce? Do the KYC tonight while you're not mid-session, nothing worse than hitting something decent and watching the cashout sit in the queue over some old bill 😭 Feels paranoid holding the licence to your face but it's quicker than getting knocked back.

FreoMate makes a fair point though, sounds like the check can pop up again at cashout even if you did it early, so I'll just keep my docs handy on the phone. @ArvoKid I've pulled a couple of crypto cashouts out of them, mate, and the selfie did the job first go. Took a bit longer than the fans up top reckon, mind you, nothing like the old days when you'd wait a week for a cheque. Maybe get your docs redone proper and have another crack? ah well, we grind on 😄
