Heaps O Wins cashout stuck in KYC, heads up before you deposit

Turned a lazy arvo deposit into a fortnight of refreshing my inbox once, so I know how the KYC limbo feels. Can't speak for Heaps O Wins specifically yet, mate, my cashout is sitting in the same verification queue as yours and hasn't budged. From my years on forums like this one, the pattern's usually the same. The check drags while they wait for one more document, then suddenly it pays out fine. Five of us now counting me. My withdrawal's been parked at the exact same spot, the KYC step, and every time I check the account it just says the same thing about documents under review. Sent my ID off once and heard nothing back, no email chasing me, which is the part that gets under my skin. Turned 50 into 5k once on the old slots and still had to wait out a KYC wall like this one, so I know how the refresh-refresh habit goes, we've all been through this cycle before. What I noticed on mine, the queue status never changes wording even when they've obviously got everything, not even a "in review" bump. Worth asking support for a ticket number if you haven't, gives you something to wave about 😉

Count me in as another one parked at the KYC wall with you fellas. Docs went in, got the received email, then nothing since. The annoying part is the check only ever seems to bite when you've actually got something to pull out, never when you're depositing 💸 Only advice I'd give the newer punters here is don't keep betting the balance down while you wait, that's how a cashout turns into a story about what could've been. Banked a decent hit once myself and the wait nearly killed me, but cashing out in time is everything. Whoever gets released first, post back in here so the rest of us know the queue actually moves 🙏
