Anyone actually had a cashout go through at Heaps O Wins?
Been eyeballing Heaps O Wins myself but I don't drop a deposit anywhere until I see proof someone got paid. "pending review" usually means they've got your docs and someone (or some system) is having a squiz at them - id, proof of address, that sort of thing. it's the step after you've uploaded everything but before they approve the payout. the holding bit before they even look is more like "awaiting documents" or whatever they call it. the trap at these offshore joints is the review sitting there for ages with nobody telling you why. turned 50 into 5k once at a spot like this years back, then watched that withdrawal cook in pending while support sent me the same copy-paste reply every three days. got there in the end, but it aged me. so the wait can vary a lot and nobody here can honestly give you a normal number for heaps o wins yet, which is exactly why this thread is worth watching before anyone has a slap there.
The docs bit is worth chasing early, I reckon, get the id and a utility bill uploaded before you even slap a deposit down, so the verification's done and dusted while you're calm and not hanging on a withdrawal.
