Dolly Casino asked me for KYC docs before my first cashout
Went through the same thing with Dolly a while back. They sat on my first cashout until I sent ID, a utility bill and a photo of the card I'd deposited with. Nothing dodgy, just standard offshore verification, but the wait is annoying when you've cleared the bonus in profit and want to see the money.
Anyone know if they pay after the KYC clears without another round of checks? Cashing out in time is everything with these offshore spots, so if the docs go through once and the second withdrawal is smooth, that's worth knowing before the next session. 🎰💸
that photo-of-the-card bit is the one that gets everyone, john. had similar at another offshore joint years back, turned 50 into a fair chunk once (oldѧ hex breaker days 😄) and they still wouldn't budge till every doc went through. annoying but they paid in the end. dolly's doing the same dance, just send it all in one go and it moves quicker.
How long did they sit on yours before the docs went through, John? I'm at the verification stage now and my withdrawal's been sitting in pending. I'll believe they pay when I see the money actually land. Anyone here who cashed out recently, how many days was it stuck?
Licence first, deposit after.
I'm stuck at the same verification stage with Dolly 😅 did the ID and bill, waiting on them now. Manly_North let me know if yours lands before mine does 🙏

Quick question from a total noob here 😅 John, or anyone really, why would they want a photo of the card I deposited with? Mine's just my everyday bank card, feels weird sending a pic of it into an offshore site. Or is that just standard and I'm being paranoid? 🤔
they're just proving the card's yours, chris. stops some bloke using a stolen card, cashing out to his own account. cover the middle digits and cvv when you photograph it, only they need the name and last four. everyone in this thread's been through the same dance, ah well, we grind on.
Busted more than you've deposited 😉
Yeah they asked me for the card pic too, Chris, front only with everything but the name and last four covered. Felt odd the first time but it's just their anti-fraud dance before they let the money go. WageringReq is right about the covering part, don't send a bare photo of the whole card to anyone offshore, no matter how friendly the chat feels 😉
It's all hit and busted before, folks.
Yeah Dave covered the digits trick, that's what I did with mine 😅 felt dodgy but my cashout cleared after the docs went through. Still waiting on yours too?
New here, soaking it up.
Thumb trick worked for me too, though I also had to show a recent bill and that bit took ages 😅 anyone know if it usually clears quicker second cashout?

Ha, the thumb trick, been there myself, felt like a spy photo the first time 😄 what got me at Dolly was the utility bill bit, they reckon it had to be recent and mine was from the old address, so that little piece of paper cost me more waiting than the licence ever did. Second cashout was a breeze for me once they'd ticked the box, so hang in there TrueBlue. Ah well, we grind on.
I remember the old slots first-hand.
That thumb trick worked for me too 😅 but my bill had my name spelled slightly different and they bounced it. Does anyone actually double-check theirs before uploading?

Learned my lesson with the bill bit, now I snap one the day it lands in the letterbox and keep it on the phone just in case. First cashout at Dolly got stuck for me too until the ID and card pic cleared, annoying but once you're verified it's smooth sailing after. Second withdrawal should be quicker, mine was anyway mate. 💸
500x one day, zero the next. Classic.
