Not a dumb question at all, mate. KYC is just "know your customer". The casino wants your ID, maybe a utility bill, to prove you are who you say you are before they let money leave. I had a payout on one of the old-school offshore joints sit for days on that exact check; the moment the docs cleared, the crypto moved. So yeah, ask support if your verification is still pending, and keep copies of everything you send them 😉

@Fortune_77 yeah the docs approved then radio silence bit is the classic move, isn't it. They love telling you verification's done, then the withdrawal queue just quietly eats your fortnite.
