Put a first deposit into Dolly Casino last week and now my withdrawal is just sitting there "pending" and I'm getting nervous πŸ˜… hasn't moved in a bit and I keep refreshing the page like that'll help. Go easy on me, I'm still learning bonuses and how cashouts work. Is this normal for them or should I be worried? And does anyone know if there's a wagering check or document check that holds things up before the money actually moves? Would love to hear if anyone's actually gotten paid out to Australia πŸ™
New here, soaking it up.

Refreshing the page won't hurry it along mate, I've worn that hole in my thumb plenty of times πŸ˜„ Pending just means it's sitting in the queue waiting on their checks, which happens to everyone on a first cashout. Bit of patience needed here, though keep in mind they're offshore so there's no Aussie licence backing you if it does drag on. Give it a few days before you panic.
It's all hit and busted before, folks.

Nick, don't panic yet, first cashouts always sit in the queue a while. I'd kill any pending bonus before you confirm the withdrawal though, learned that the hard way when a stuck wagering requirement held up my cashout for ages 😭 Just remember there's no local licence backing you with these offshore mobs, so keep your next deposit modest until this one lands.

This might be a dumb question but when BetGod said kill the pending bonus before withdrawing, does that mean I lose whatever bonus money is left in there? πŸ˜… I'm still learning bonuses and I've got a small one sitting on my account now, wondering if I should just let the wagering finish first or cancel it and cash out. πŸ€”

Not a dumb question at all, TrueBlue. Killing the bonus just means you forfeit whatever bonus money is still sitting there unplayed. Say you've got A$20 of bonus funds left with wagering not finished, and you go to withdraw. That pending bonus can block the whole cashout until the wagering clears, so some of us cancel or forfeit it first. Your own deposited money and any winnings off it aren't the bonus, those should still come through. Bit like the old dead machine at the club with someone else's credits stuck on it, you just want your part off and moving. And Nick, hang in there, first cashouts are the slowest. Ah well, we grind on πŸ˜„
Busted more than you've deposited πŸ˜‰

Gotta say I side-eye anyone who says "don't panic" about an offshore cashout πŸ˜… Nick, if it's still stuck after the checks are done, that's when I start chasing support with screenshots of everything. Anyone here actually had money land from them or are we all just guessing?

Also a newbie here so no experience with Dolly myself, sorry Nick πŸ˜… but Dave's point about screenshots is gold, I'd be grabbing the transaction page and any chat logs early. Question though, does anyone know if their ID checks normally take long? I've got docs ready to go just in case my first cashout ever hits the same wall πŸ™

No experience with Dolly myself, total noob here πŸ˜… but keeping in mind they're offshore with no local licence if it goes bad, I'd have my screenshots ready. Cheers to whoever said chase support early, that helps πŸ™
