Casino Mate wants ID docs before any cashout
Been through this dance before with other offshore joints, they wave the KYC flag the moment you ask for a cashout, and that's usually when you find out how a place really treats punters. Worst case is they stall on docs until you give up and the balance goes back into play, which is exactly why I bank smaller and cash out quicker at places I trust. The sorts of sessions where you banked a 500x and cashed out? That's when you want the paperwork already sorted, not starting from scratch.
So yeah, keen to hear if anyone's actually cleared their check with Casino Mate and seen the money land. What did they want, licence, bill, card pics? And once you sent it, did the withdrawal move or did it just sit there "pending review" for days? At a decent bet per spin through the wagering, the last thing you need is the cashout locked behind some doc office that answers once a week 😭
500x one day, zero the next. Classic.
Right you are mate, that first withdrawal request is the true test of any joint. I've had KYC drag on so long I nearly forgot I'd won, and had others pay up smooth as. It's a coin toss till you try. Give us a holler when yours clears, curious how Casino Mate handles a real cashout. Ah well, we grind on 😄
Busted more than you've deposited 😉
Bit shy asking this but what does KYC actually involve? Like is it just sending a photo of your licence or do they want bills and bank statements too? 😅 Total noob here, only did my first deposit recently and I'd rather know what docs to get ready before I get stuck at the cashout step.

No shame in asking mate, better than finding out mid-cashout. KYC is just them proving you're you, usually a photo ID like your licence, sometimes a utility bill for address, occasionally a card or bank doc if you deposited that way. Get clear scans ready up front and the process is far less painful; the places that drag it out for weeks are the ones to worry about 😉
It's all hit and busted before, folks.
DaveFortune's answer reads like it was copied straight off the casino's own FAQ page. Fine in theory, but every place asks for something extra the moment you actually request a payout. Then the "verification team" goes quiet for a week. Got a cashout screenshot from Casino Mate showing someone got through with just a licence photo? Because I'll believe it when I see one.
Hype isn't a payout.
CairnsKid is dead right about the extra document surprise. Had a similar thing years back where they approved the licence photo no worries, then came back wanting a selfie holding the ID. Funny how that "extra step" only ever pops up after you've requested the cashout, never at signup when the deposit went through in two minutes. 😭
The trick I've learned: get your docs sorted BEFORE you even deposit. Licence, a recent bill, snapshot both on the phone ready to go. Then when the verification team goes quiet for a week you've got a paper trail of dates to wave at them. Slow KYC I can live with, vague KYC is where bankrolls go to die. 💸Anyone here got past their check and actually seen the money land, or does this one drag?
Cashing out in time is half the battle.

@Gary_Cashout had the exact same dance, licence photo cleared then a selfie with it held next to my face, and the delay was conveniently long enough that I nearly reversed the withdrawal myself. My suspicion is the second round exists mostly to sit inside the pending window. On a small spin sample of one casino it worked, so I now withdraw before I'm anywhere near wanting to play again. 📊
I keep my own spin/hit spreadsheet 📊
Oh man, that sounds so dodgy. I hope they don't try that when I'm trying to clear my first bonus. 😬🙏

The reverse withdrawal stall is the dirtiest trick going, Manly, they dangle your cash while you're up, knowing full well a frustrated punter cancels and spits it back into the pokies. My rule is simple: once that cashou…
@TrueBlueLocal they will mate, count on it. Every punters first cashout cops the doc shuffle. My tip, get the ID stuff in early, before you even clear the bonus, saves you sitting in that pending window staring at the reverse button 😏
Word is there's a workaround doing the rounds for the slow-payers too, check your DMs 🤫
Word is… but you didn't hear it 🤫
The selfie holding the ID bit gets me every time. If the licence photo isn't good enough, whose ID did they think you sent? Half suspect the second document round exists purely to stall the payout another week and hope you reverse the withdrawal back into play.
And to the original question, has anyone here actually cleared Casino Mate's check and seen money land? Plenty of "they asked for docs" stories in this thread already, not one cashout screenshot. That's usually the tell. Docs are fine, I'll hand over whatever they want - believe it when you cash out.
Licence first, deposit after.

My rule is simple: once that cashout is requested I don't touch the account, docs sent once, then radio silence from my side until it lands. Banked a decent hit off a bonus there once and cleared the wagering only to cop the whole KYC circus, so I get why people get twitchy. Anyone actually had Casino Mate pay out clean, or is it all stalling stories so far? 💸
Bonus taken, wagering cleared.
