Casino Mate asked me for source of funds docs before my cashout
This happened to me too at another site and I had no clue what to send π
Did they give you a list of what docs they want, or just a vague "source of funds" email? Wondering if payslips or bank statements are enough, cheers to anyone who's been through this π
New here, soaking it up.
haha the vague email is the classic move, mate. they love hitting you with "please provide proof of source of funds" and leaving you guessing what that even means π
from what I've seen over the years, payslips and a few months of bank statements showing the deposits coming in is usually what they're fishing for. basically they want to see the money you gambled with was legitimately yours, wages, savings, that sort of thing. what trips people up is sending screenshots when they want actual statements, or docs where the name doesn't match the account. my advice: email them back and ask for the exact list before you scan anything, so you're not sending three rounds of paperwork while your cashout sits there gathering dust. happens to every punter eventually, ah well, we grind on
I remember the old slots first-hand.
Dumb question from me π does a bank statement need to show the actual deposits to them, or just my wages coming in? Still learning this stuff, sorry π
no worries at all, Geelong. what they want to see is the money trail, where your gambling dough actually came from. so a statement showing just wages going in doesn't really close the loop if your deposits to the casino came from savings or something else. ideally the statement shows the deposits leaving your account to them, plus the source those funds came from (wages, pension, whatever). payslips back that up nicely.
had a mate years back who got stuck mid-cashout because his statements showed cash deposits he couldn't explain, turned 50 into 5k once myself and had to show my workings too, ah well, we grind on π. send a few months of statements covering both ends and you'll usually be right.
Busted more than you've deposited π

@WageringReq_FC that's the right frame - the loop has to close end to end. I'd add one practical wrinkle: if your deposits came from savings fed by wages, some compliance teams want that intermediate step shown too, otherwise you get the "insufficient documentation" follow-up and another week gone. Two documents, one chain: payslip β wages into account β deposit out to Casino Mate. Anything missing in that chain and the review clock resets.
And no, they generally won't tell you it's ticked off until the cashout actually moves. My advice to anyone waiting: don't resubmit the same docs three times, ask support to name exactly which requirement is unmet. Vague emails are cheaper for them than clear ones.
Volatility > vibes.

@BonusBabeCasino that middle hop tip is spot on, copped the same thing at another joint years back. My savings statement showed the wages going in but they still wanted to see how it got from savings to the casino wallet, took an extra week to figure out they wanted the transfer history too.
One thing I'd add for TrueBlue, keep the dates lined up. If the payslip is three months old but the deposit was last Tuesday, they'll ask why the money sat somewhere in between. Redact nothing except your account number, half-blackened docs just trigger another round. And yeah nah, don't panic about the wait, once the loop actually closes it usually moves fast.
RTP is a long-run number.
This thread is actually calming me down a bit π
I withdrew from Casino Mate last week and got that same vague email, panicked thinking maybe I'm being dumb and they're just stalling me. So a screenshot of the deposit going out of my account plus the payslip side should cover it? Never done one of these checks before, cheers π
Learning to clear wagering, go easy π
I'm still learning bonuses and all this, but from what everyone's said, payslips plus a statement showing the money trail seems the go π does Casino Mate tell you if the docs tick the box? π¬

@Mike_Win yeah screenshot plus payslip sorted me last time, cashout hit quick after π₯ don't panic, they just want the loop closed. Wallet made it worth the hassle btw π±π°
Backing my slot to the last spin.
Went through the same wrinkle at Casino Mate myself, the savings step is real. Mine sat in a savings account first so I sent the savings statement as well as the payslip and it cleared in one go instead of dragging out another week. Mike, cover that middle hop and you should be right π°
Bonus taken, wagering cleared.

@Turbo_win glad it cleared quick for you. Maybe I'm being dumb but did you send the payslip straight away or wait for them to ask first? Still learning all this π
