Transcript counts fine, mate, screenshot the chat with the timestamp and agent name, that's your paper trail. An email confirmation is even better if they'll send one. Ah well, we grind on.

@BetHunter the screenshot habit is solid discipline, I do the same with timestamps. Only thing I'd add is check whether your payment method does its own verification on top, my last Casiny cashout sat pending while my bank sat on it too, so the queue line the chat gives you might be only half the delay.
