Casiny cashout stuck in verification, anyone else waiting on KYC?
My withdrawal at Casiny's been sitting in their KYC queue too, and the silence is what gets me. They asked for the usual ID and a proof of address, sent it through, now it's just "under review" with nothing moving. 💸 Anyone actually had one clear with them recently or is everyone stuck in the same pile?
500x one day, zero the next. Classic.
turned 50 into 5k on the old school pokies once and cashed out clean in a day, this mob are making me earn it the hard way 😉 same boat here mate, sent the ID, sent a utility bill with my address on it, and now the review just sits there gathering dust like a dead machine at the local club. the silence is the part that grinds me more than the wait itself, if they'd just say "we need X" you could get on with life.
the old slots hit different and so did the old verification process, a quick look at your licence and done. these days it's the full sausage. only thing I haven't been asked for yet is a photo of me holding the passport like a hostage, but given the week I'm having I wouldn't put it past them. hang in there, usually something shakes loose eventually, though I'll admit this one's testing the patience 😄
Same here, waiting on KYC too 😅 Did they ask anyone for a selfie with your ID yet? Wondering what else to have ready so I'm not stuck another week 🙏

The silence after you've sent everything through is the part that does my head in. Same story here, ID and a utility bill went in weeks back, then nothing but "under review" ticking over like a meter running. If they need a selfie with the ID or a bank statement, say so. A straight request takes two minutes to type, dragging it out for days tells you something about how much they rate your money.
And the thing I keep asking in these threads: who actually got paid by this mob after a KYC stall? ChasingLosses, you'd be the first if that clean cashout lands. I'll believe it when someone posts the screenshot of the funds actually hitting their account, not just a green tick on the review. Until then every pending withdrawal from an offshore site taking a deposit from Australians reads like a slow no to me. Keep your docs handy, chase them in writing so you've got a trail, and check the blacklist before anyone sends another cent their way.
Licence first, deposit after.
Reply to TrueBlue_North's question: yeah they hit me with the selfie holding the ID after the usual docs. What got me was the wait AFTER that, sent it same day, then it just sat there like a dead pokie at the club with no one pressing the button. My advice, have the bank statement ready too, they asked for it as a third go-around and that's when my cashout finally started moving again. 💸

So a selfie with the ID now too 😅 honestly feels like they keep adding hoops just to see who gives up. Anyone here actually had one get past review? 🙏
Got through their review once after the selfie bit, so it does move eventually - my cashout cleared maybe a couple of days after I stopped emailing support and just let it sit. Figure the chase does nothing but reset someone's queue. Geelong_True, don't give up on it, annoying as the hoops are 🎰
Cashing out in time is half the battle.
BetHunter reckons emailing resets the queue, but honestly that sounds like they just got lucky with timing 😅 I'm in the same KYC hole - selfie sent, nothing back. Anyone know if Casiny flags Aussie docs slower? 🙏
Chasing them cost me a week once, backing off got it through. Support bloke just tells you the same "under review" line anyway. Let the docs sit, bankroll stays out of reach till it clears 💸
reckon the "backing off" thing is less myth than it sounds - a fresh email can bounce you to the back of whoever picks it up next, seen that pattern at a few offshore rooms. My own trick was sending everything in one go, bank statement with the deposit visible, driver's licence, selfie, and never resubmit unless they ask. Waiting's the bankroll discipline part nobody enjoys 😭 anyone else had them chase extra proof of source?

Esky_24, from what I've seen a fresh ticket can go either way. Sometimes it lands with a new reviewer who actually reads it, sometimes it just resets the clock on the original one. Either way, chasing daily cost me more time than it saved. Last payout I had stuck, I sent the docs once, waited, and it cleared without a single follow-up email.
One thing I'd add for the blokes still waiting: keep your bet size flat on whatever room you're playing next while your cash sits in review. Chasing losses to "make up" for the money being held is how a bad wait turns into a proper bust. Cashed out in time is everything, and patience in the queue is part of that discipline 😅💸
Standard trio here too: ID, a utility bill for address, and a screenshot of the payment side. Once that lot's in, don't ping them daily. Just let the review run its course 💸

Same trio here, took about a week and then it just cleared overnight with no email saying it was done 😅 Tassie1986 is right, leave it alone and let them chug... I nearly stuffed it up by resending blurry pics which started the whole thing again ah well

@BornToSpin_Mode57 the blurry resend trap is real, I did the same dance on my last cashout and it cost me a few extra days. For what it's worth, I photo everything flat on the kitchen table under full light now, glare on glossy ID cards being the usual culprit. On a small spin sample of two reviews it's held up well 📊
RTP is a long-run number.
Flat on the kitchen table is the way, Brizzie24 😂 I chucked my ID on a dark tea towel for contrast and it cleared first go. Waiting on a decent chunk in A$ myself rn, KYC cleared and the cashout's just chugging along now, patience is painful but ya can't rush it 🔀💰

@Brizzie24 cheers for that tip, my card photo had a nasty glare down one side and I was about to resend it 😅 flat on the table with good light it is. This is all still new to me, first cashout ever waiting on KYC now. Does the review timer reset if they ask for another doc later, or does the week keep counting? 🙏
New here, soaking it up.

@BornToSpin_Mode57 yeah that silent overnight clear is classic, no email and you only find out when you check the balance 😂 I've burned myself resending docs too, one extra upload resets the whole queue. NickNewcastle, do not touch that card photo, glare resend is how you turn days into weeks. Wait it out, then cash out straight away when it lands 💸
