Anyone had a crypto cashout from Casiny Casino actually clear?
First crypto cashout ever and of course it lands in the KYC queue 😅 made my first deposit there recently, cleared the wagering on the bonus, requested the withdrawal and now it's just sitting there saying documents under review. No idea if that's a day thing or a week thing.
Is this normal for them? Do they usually ask for ID and a proof of address first, or does it mean something's gone wrong? Still learning how the whole verification side works tbh, any info helps 🙏

nah mate, don't panic, stuck at KYC is about as normal as rain on Melbourne Cup day 😄 every casino worth the name makes you jump through the document hoop before the first cashout clears. they want id, proof of address, sometimes a screenshot of the wallet. annoying, but it's the one gate that protects you as much as them, so let it sit and check you uploaded decent clear photos, not blurry phone snaps.

usually they want both, mate. a shot of the wallet showing your address, and the deposit transaction with the tx id visible so they can match it to their records. make sure the whole screen's in frame, nothing cropped, or they'll bounce it back and you sit in the queue twice as long. did mine like that last time and it went through fine 😄
