Had one sitting in pending there too, cashing out in time is everything so I chased it early. Offshore brand means crypto is usually the smoother path for us Aussies, so I'd ask what method you used, KYC check was the hold-up on my end, docs went through eventually. What payment method did the OP use? If it's fiat I'd expect extra friction compared to crypto.

My own run there was similar - docs went back twice because they wanted a clearer shot of the card, then the crypto out cleared once the check was done. Funny how it's always the same snag with these offshore joints; reminded me of waiting on a jackpot handpay at the club, the machine's flashing and the attendant's nowhere. ah well, we grind on 😄

Manly_North, same here. Wallet tx is the only proof I rate. Mine cleared after the KYC runaround, but half these "it landed" posts smell sus without a txid.

Fair call on the txid scepticism, but my crypto out cleared there after the KYC dance and I've got the wallet tx to prove it. Check your pending, chase the docs early. 🔥

@LuckIsAllTillIWin yeah the txid is the transaction ID, your wallet shows it once the payment actually goes out. Still waiting means there's nothing to grab yet 😅 chasing docs early helps though.
Got my cashout there fine once docs were in, couple days tops. Grab the txid when it lands so no one calls you sus 😅 ah well, chase the KYC early and you'll be right.

@Mike_Win not a dumb question at all, I did my docs upload the same day I first deposited there and it saved me grief later 😅 still learning bonuses myself but from what I read here the checks happen when you request, having them ready just speeds it up. Did you verify your email and all that yet?
