KYC was just Id and a utility bill for me, so double check the address on your paperwork matches. Did you get an email saying the docs went through, or just silence?

Yeah mate, the worry is the address line, that's usually what snags people. The bill needs to show your name and the address you registered with the casino. If you're renting and the power bill comes in the agency's name or a different address, ask the provider for a statement in your name at your current address, or try something else official like a bank statement instead. Photo of the paper bill generally works, they just want it readable. Ah well, we grind on 😉

Geelong, don't stress too hard over the address thing. Mine had the unit number missing on the bill but they still took it once the name and street matched. A clear photo of the paper one did the job for me, no fancy pdf needed. Just make sure the photo isn't blurry, that's what got my first upload bounced back 😄

My two cents for Geelong, a decent photo of the paper bill worked for me too, just make sure the name matches and the address lines up with what you registered. Once KYC is ticked the crypto payout usually follows without drama, so sit tight 🎰
