One caveat worth flagging: even with everything uploaded upfront, some of these offshore operators re-trigger KYC if the cashout amount jumps well above your previous ones, so a decent win can put you back in the queue regardless. On a small spin sample that pattern's held true for me three times across different sites. Got a mid-sized cashout from an offshore site a while back, docs were already on file, and they still pinged me for a fresh bank statement purely because the amount was a few multiples of my usual. What I'd add is that the re-trigger usually only bites the withdrawal itself, they don't tend to lock the account, so the wait stings but you get paid.
