Royal Reels cashout stuck and my account page looks odd, anyone else?
had a cashout hanging like that once, turned out the dob on my account didn't match what id sent through for id checks and the whole thing sat in the queue for ages while they sorted it. worth checking whether its the name, address or dob that's off before you chase support, makes the convo a lot shorter. curious what field didn't line up on yours mate?
That matches what I'm staring at, funnily enough. My withdrawal's been parked in the check queue for a bit, and when I went through the profile with a fine-tooth comb I found a field on the account page that doesn't line up with what I submitted at KYC. Could be a trivial thing, could be the exact reason it's stuck. On a small sample of one case I can't say, but the timing is suspicious enough that I reckon it's worth flagging to their support before waiting any longer.
Your experience backs that theory up nicely. If a mismatch between the account page and your ID docs sends the whole cashout into a manual review, then a stale or wrong detail sitting there quietly would explain a lot of these "pending forever" stories. I'd suggest everyone waiting on a payout do the same audit: compare every field on the profile against what you actually uploaded, and if anything's off, raise it in writing so there's a timestamp on record. 📊

Word is Royal Reels has been going through profiles with a fine-tooth comb lately, and theKYC mismatch thing Cascade77 mentions rings true. Same happened to a mate of mine, one little detail on the account page didn't match his ID docs and his cashout just sat there in the check queue for ages while support went quiet.
ChasingLossesAgain hit the nail on the head: if what you dobbed in at sign-up doesn't line up with what you sent through for the checks, they'll park the withdrawal and let it gather dust. My advice, fix the profile first, then chase support BEFORE you poke at anything else. Those who've been through it, know 😏
Word is… but you didn't hear it 🤫
Three of you with the sameKYC mismatch story is enough for me to go check my own profile tonight, I've got a withdrawal sitting in the queue too and never thought to eyeball the account page against my docs. ChasingLossesAgain, did yours eventually clear once they fixed the detail, or did they make you resubmit everything? Cashing out in time is everything and I don't want that A$ sitting there while support takes their sweet time.
500x one day, zero the next. Classic.
Brizzie24 copped the same thing as me, street number had one digit off my licence and the withdrawal just sat in checks without a peep from support. Went through every field on the profile against my docs before I messaged them and it cleared after that. Cashing out in time is everything, so chase it yourself rather than waiting 💸

@BigWinOrBustHQ cheers, that helps a lot 😅 total noob here, just did my first KYC so now I'm keen to recheck every field against my licence. Did yours clear straight after fixing, or another wait? 🙏

Sounds like we're all tracing the same pattern here, a field somewhere on the profile quietly disagreeing with the KYC docs, and the withdrawal parked in checks with zero message from support.
I had a similar hang-up with mine and the detail that got me was one I'd never think to eyeball: my middle name was entered in full on the account page while my licence shows the initial only. Trivial difference to a human, apparently enough to make an automated document match choke. My advice from running spreadsheets on this stuff for years, screenshot every field before you contact support, then quote the exact mismatch in your first ticket. If you open with "my withdrawal is stuck" you get a boilerplate reply; if you open with "the surname field reads X but my ID shows Y," they skip straight to fixing it. Curious whether anyone's mismatch was in the date of birth rather than the address lines, since that'd be the one an automated check would trip over hardest.
RTP is a long-run number.
Same story here, had a withdrawal from Royal Reels stuck in checks and went through my profile line by line against my licence, turned out the suburb spelling was off by one letter from what I'd typed at KYC. Yeah nah, support never said a word until I flagged it myself, then it moved.
Cashing out in time is half the battle.
Same mob of stories here it seems. Mine parked in checks because my dob on the profile had slipped a digit from what I'd sent them, and support never breathed a word till I pointed it out myself. Went field by field against my licence like BetHunter did and it finally moved. Moral of it, don't trust the profile page to match your KYC docs, check every line before you chase them. ah well, we grind on 😉
I remember the old slots first-hand.
@SlotAddict_24 exact same vibe here mate, my dob had a typo too and support just sat on it like it was fine 🤣 nobody says a word until you audit the profile yourself. Fixed mine field by field and the checks moved, then took another stretch for the cash to actually land. So yeah, typo fix is step one of about four 😂
The only serious thing here is my bust.

@BetHunter one letter in the suburb, classic 😂 did the withdrawal actually land in your bank after it moved, or did it just clear the checks and sit there again? Because I've seen this mob fix the profile then take another week getting the cash out. A win on paper, right 🤡💸
A paper win won't feed you.
The KYC typo excuse is doing a lot of heavy lifting here. Fine, sometimes it's genuine, but I'll believe Royal Reels actually paid when someone posts a bank statement, not just "checks cleared".
Licence first, deposit after.
