Royal Reels cashout sitting on pending longer than my nan's roast
Had the same ache at Royal Reels after a decent slap on the pokies. Won the session, then sat there watching the withdrawal hang on pending like it owed me rent 😭
From what I can gather the pending stage is where they run their checks, and extra KYC docs can pop up out of nowhere even when you've verified before. I've had a request for a fresh utility bill on another offshore site once, totally unannounced. Anyone here actually been asked for additional ID from these guys, or does it usually just clear on its own? At A$ per spin I banked that hit fair and square, cashing out in time is everything - would hate to lose it to paperwork limping along in a queue.
500x one day, zero the next. Classic.
BetGod nailed it. The pending queue is where the KYC gremlins live. I had a withdrawal sit there for ages once and they eventually wanted a power bill and the back of my card, never even warned me first. Just check your emails mate, sometimes the request lands there and you're staring at the screen like a dead machine when a doc's all they wanted 😉
It's all hit and busted before, folks.
That power bill thing is doing my head in 😅 I only signed up a couple weeks ago and did my ID upload on day one, so I figured I was done with KYC forever. Sounds like that's not how it works at all then? Did they actually email you to ask for the extra docs Dave, or did the request just appear somewhere in the account and you had to go hunting for it? Mine's still sitting on pending now and I keep refreshing like an idiot, worried I've missed a message asking for something.🙏
New here, soaking it up.
Quick dumb question 😅 when they ask for "the back of the card", is that just for card deposits? Because I paid in a different way and now I'm stressing. Thanks DaveFortune for the heads up 🙏

Don't stress, mate. The "back of the card" thing only comes up when you've deposited with that card, they just want to see the name and last few digits (cover the middle and the CVV, never send that bit full). If you paid some other way they'll ask for proof of that method instead, whatever it is. I've had them ping me mid-pending for odd bits before, ah well, we grind on 😉
I remember the old slots first-hand.
Cover the CVV, yes - and get a pic of the power bill ready now, saves days of waiting. Cashing out in time is everything, stuck pending eats at ya 😭💸
Adelaide's got a fair point though - why the power bill after ID's already been approved? My take: the ID check clears who you are, the utility bill clears where you live right now, and they're separate hoops on purpose. Annoying as buggery when you're staring at a pending queue after a decent hit, but I've learned to just fire off everything the moment I request the withdrawal. Selfie with the ID, a bill less than three months old, done in one email.
Had a slap on the pokies last month, cashed out and it sat pending for ages purely because I was waiting on them to ask for docs one at a time. Now I front-load the whole pack and it's sailed through quicker every time since. Cashing out in time is everything. A win sitting in pending isn't banked yet 💸
Bonus taken, wagering cleared.
@FreoMate nah that tracks actually, had the same at my usual spot - they wanted a fresh bill even after ID was ticked. Reckon it's just them covering their backs on address. Still hated every minute of the wait tho, my cashout sat pending for days and I was checking the app like a maniac 😅💸
@DannyFortune310 "checking the app like a maniac" mate that's half the fun init 😏 did you even withdraw in the end or did you just spin it back like most of us? The bill hoop's a classic stalling trick, they know half of punters get impatient and reverse it. House always wins 🤡💸
A paper win won't feed you.
@FreoMate that tracks with my experience too, sent a bill once and cashout cleared not long after. The double hoop is annoying but at least Royal Reels actually pays when you jump through it, got a decent hit off my favourite pokies there last week and the A$ landed fine 🔰 ah well, bureaucracy's bureaucracy 😅🔥
One slot, one love 🎰

@FreoMate yeah that tracks, same happened to me, ID ticked for ages then boom, power bill needed the second I tried cashing out. Painful but mine cleared once I sent it and the withdrawal landed fine, so reckon they're just doing it by the book. Just send the bill mate, you'll get your dough 🔥💰

Replying to MultiplierGG564, the reverse temptation is so real 😅 I only did my first Royal Reels cashout last week and sat there staring at the pending button thinking one more spin wouldn't hurt. Sent the power bill straight away when they asked and it cleared after, so can confirm the hoop works. Still learning bonuses here so go easy on me if I'm wrong, but reversing is how they get ya 🙈
@Geelong_True good on you for holding out, that pending screen is designed exactly for that. Though I'll say the same thing I always say in these threads: everyone in here says it cleared, nobody's posted a cashout screenshot. I'll believe it when someone shows the actual bank statement with the A$ landed.
Licence first, deposit after.

@Manly_North do screenshots count? Pulled A$750 out last month, hit big on my favourite pokie and it landed next day 🔥💰 stop hating mate, Royal Reels pays 🤑🎰

@Payline888 that'd shut Manly_North up then 😅 A$750 next day is quick. Mine's still pending, hoping it clears like yours did 🙏

@Geelong_True well done holding firm, that pending screen is pure temptation 😅 I reversed once early days and regretted it, sent my bill after and cleared fine. Royal Reels pays, they do 🔰🤑
Backing my slot to the last spin.

@TrueBlueBlue don't count your cheque yet, mate. Payline888, got a cashout screenshot? Happy to shut up once I see one with dates visible.
Hype isn't a payout.
@CairnsKid the pending wait does ya head in I know 😅 mine sat pending for ages once and still cleared no worries, patience is the whole game... just don't hit that reverse button whatever you do 🙏🔥 hit big last night too but keeping this one locked in 🤑

@AdelaideMate "hit big last night but keeping it locked in", sure, and I've got a bridge to sell ya 😂 the house loves a punter who keeps a pending balance, that's how the reverse button stays fed. A win on paper till it hits your bank account, right? Post the screenshot when it actually clears 🤡💸
Show me the withdrawal first 😏
Mine's a fair bit smaller than A$750 but sitting in pending too 😅 what does the reverse withdrawal button actually do, does it cancel the cashout back to the balance? Total noob here so probably a dumb question but I'd rather ask than click something wrong 🙏

@TrueBlue_North not a dumb question at all, good on you for asking before clicking. Yeah that's exactly what it does, hits the reverse button and the pending cashout gets dumped back into your playable balance for another spin around the pokies. It's optional, so if you never touch it, your withdrawal just keeps processing like normal.
My advice after watching blokes undo their own cashouts all over this forum: leave it alone and let it clear. Parra summed it up nicely, that button has eaten plenty of wins of mine too back in the day 😭 Once I started treating a pending cashout as spent money and just walked away from the screen, my bankroll finally started going forward instead of round in circles. Don't look at it, don't hover over it, let it hit your account 🎰
Bonus taken, wagering cleared.
@Fortune_77 that reverse button is pure evil for punters with no self control. Did a A$400 withdrawal there once, sat on pending, hit reverse at 11pm, gone by midnight 💸 Now I withdraw on my phone and delete the tab before I can talk myself into it. Bankroll discipline wins, every time.
@CairnsKid the pending wait does ya head in I know 😅 mine sat pending for ages once and still cleared no worries, patience is the whole game... just don't hit that reverse button whatever you do 🙏🔥 hit big last night too…
@AdelaideMate congrats on the win 🙏 so the reverse button actually puts the money back into play instead of cashing out? glad you asked that too, I was wondering the same 😅
Asking dumb bonus questions — that's the job.

The hit is close, I can feel it.
@ParraTrue that reverse button story hurts 😅 I'd probably do the same thing honestly. Once my pending cashout clears for the first time I'm hitting it and closing the tab, that's the only way I'll survive.

Got burned by that reverse button once, never again. Withdraw, shut the laptop, done. Pending means nothing till it's in the bank 💸

@Esky_24 "when it clears" mate, if. That pending period is the house hoping you reverse, same reason they make it sit so long. Sam lost A$400 in an hour to that button. Delete the tab BEFORE you withdraw, then you can't talk yourself into anything 😏
Here to argue, not to clap for your profit.
Whole "delete the tab before you withdraw" thing changed my life tbh 😅 Did it last week, A$260 cleared while I was at work, never even tempted 🔥💰
Backing my slot to the last spin.
