Raging Bull cashout got stuck at the KYC step, anyone else hit this?
Same boat here, sent my ID and a bill off to Raging Bull a while back and the check just sits there with nothing moving. Bloody annoying when the win's already banked on the account but you can't touch it. Has anyone actually had them clear KYC from Australia, or does the whole thing stall out every time? Keen to hear how long folks waited before the cashout finally went through.
500x one day, zero the next. Classic.
Had the same quiet torture at Raging Bull a while back, BetGod, win sitting there and the check spinning in circles over a power bill they reckoned was too blurry. Sent a crisper scan and it eventually moved, so maybe give that a burl if yours is a photo off the phone. Ah well, we grind on 😉
Busted more than you've deposited 😉
Total noob here so this thread is a bit scary 😅 my first Raging Bull cashout is stuck at the same KYC step, docs went in days ago and nothing. LeeManly's blacklist point has me worried though, is there anywhere on the forum that tracks that properly? If a crisper scan is what unstuck it for you WageringReq I'll re-send mine tonight, cheers 🙏

This might sound silly but what actually counts as passing the KYC check? 😅 Like do they email you when it's approved or does the withdrawal just start moving on its own? Mine's been sitting there too and I've got no idea if silence means stuck or just slow 🙈
Learning to clear wagering, go easy 🙏
Ky's just their proof-of-you check, mate. They want to match your ID and a bill or bank statement to the name on the account before they'll let the withdrawal move. When it passes you'll usually get an email or see the cashout flip from pending to processing, silence usually just means the queue's slow. I turned 50 into 5k once at an offshore joint and the docs sat for a bit, but it did clear and paid eventually, so don't panic yet 😉
It's all hit and busted before, folks.
Mike_Win, in my experience they usually email when KYC clears, then the withdrawal starts moving on its own. Silence this long? I'd be chasing support and keeping screenshots of everything. 😭
Bonus taken, wagering cleared.
Screenshots of everything, good luck with that. Would love to see one from anyone here who actually got paid out after a stuck KYC.
Licence first, deposit after.
Manly_North, mate, I'll take that bet myself if my cashout from Raging Bull ever moves off this KYC step. Docs went in from Wollongong weeks back and all quiet. Fortune_77 is right though, get a support ticket number and screenshot every reply, because when it's a grand or more sitting frozen, the paper trail is the only thing that gets them moving. 😭
Honest question, has anyone in here actually had a Raging Bull cashout clear after the KYC wait? Because Manly_North has a point and it's doing my head in 😅 I'm still waiting on my own docs to be checked and now I'm wondering if "weeks of silence" is just how it goes or a bad sign. Maybe I'm being dumb but surely someone's gotten an email at least? 🤞

Got a payout through a stuck KYC before at another offshore joint, took chasing them near daily till someone actually processed it. Silence usually means your ticket's buried, so don't sit politely waiting, bug them every couple of days and keep the docs handy to resend. If they've got your win sitting on the account they'll pay eventually, but you've got to be the squeaky wheel 💸

Bug them daily like Tassie said, silence ain't a queue, it's a black hole 🙄 I chased mine till it moved... supposedly 😅
Chasing works, but my trick is resending the docs fresh each follow-up so the ticket gets a new timestamp. Buried ones never get dug up 💸
Honestly the fresh-docs trick is a good shout, I reckon. Went through a KYC jam at another offshore joint last year and resending everything with a new ticket got it moving after weeks of dead air. My rule is cashing out in time starts with chasing the check, so bug them every couple of days and keep your ID and bill handy to fire off again 🔥 did yours clear after that or still sitting?
