Raging Bull for Aussies: smallest deposit worth starting with?
Total noob here π
made my first deposit recently and still learning bonuses. Keen to give Raging Bull a slap but I keep seeing people say the minimum deposit doesn't tell you much once KYC checks hit before a cashout. So what's the actual smallest amount anyone's put in that was worth the hassle? And do the withdrawal limits make a tiny deposit pointless anyway? π€π

Bit lost here π
when you all say KYC checks before a cashout. Do they actually ask for like ID photos and that? What did they ask from you lot?
New here, soaking it up.
yeah they'll want id photos and that, mate. Licence or passport, usually a utility bill or bank statement for address, sometimes a pic of the card you deposited with. reason i say it matters before you pick your slap: turned 50 into 5k on an old rtg number once and nearly lost the lot to a slow verification, so if you're putting the bare minimum in at raging bull, just know the cashout check is the same hassle whatever you deposited π
It's all hit and busted before, folks.

@Brizzie_North yeah exactly that, they wanted my licence plus a bill with my address on it. Sure, jump through the hoops... though I'm still asking where the profit actually shows up π€‘πΈ
Show me the withdrawal first π
@HobartTrue the profit question answers itself on a small spin sample β a few hundred spins tells you almost nothing about a high-volatility pokie, so most punters walk away before the variance ever pays them back. My sheet says check the hit rate before the RTP, because a 96% return means little if it's all locked up in rare bonus hits. Did you track what you were playing, or just firing blind?
RTP is a long-run number.
@HobartTrue mate the hoops are worth it once you actually hit something, trust me π
KYC took me two days flat and then my cashout landed no drama. Profit shows up when the bonus rounds behave, I chucked in like A$30 one arvo and walked off with a huge win ngl, was up over A$900 at one point π€π₯
Variance is brutal on a small sample yeah, Brizzie is right about that, but if your favourite pokie is running hot over there you'll see it quick. Raging Bull's been good to me so I'm not jumping ship π°π°
Cheers Dave, that helps π
So basically even if you chuck in a small deposit, the real test is whether they pay out without mucking you around at the KYC stage. For me the question isn't so much the minimum, it's whether anyone here has actually got a cashout through from them without drama, since that's what decides if a small slap is even worth it.
I'm only new to bonuses myself and still working out how the wagering stacks before you can withdraw anything, so I'd rather hear from someone who's been through the whole ride. Did the verification go smooth for you lot, or did they keep asking for extra docs? π€

KYC is honestly the easiest part imo, took me like two days at Raging Bull. Licence photo + a bill and I was done. The profit part, HobartTrue has a point sometimes π
but I've had a couple of cashouts land fine, all-time favourite pokie over there still pays for me when the bonus hits π₯π° Just don't expect magic on a small deposit tho, a A$20 start is more about testing whether they pay you at all than getting rich lol... my first cashout was tiny but it cleared, that's what matters. Ah well

@BornToSpin_Mode57 two days for KYC is quick ngl, same here. This slot pays when the bonus rounds land π± got A$640 off a small arvo deposit last week π₯

funny how everyone's cashout stories here start with "small arvo deposit, huge bonus win", been through this cycle more times than I'd admit π turned 50 into 5k on the oldschool pokies once, gave half of it back chasing the same feeling two weeks later, so yeah, I reckon Brizzie's onto something about sample size. a few hundred spins on a high-vol game means bugger all, the variance owes you nothing.
on the actual question though, smallest deposit worth starting with? if you're only testing how the money moves in and out, keep it tiny. the real lesson for me after years of this was that the deposit size never mattered, the cashout habit did. hit something, pull it back, let the KYC dust settle while you're up instead of doing the paperwork broke and grumpy at 2am π

@ChasingLossesAgain gave half back chasing the feeling, story of my life π€£ my bank left in style a few months back, curtains, bank's gone. Congrats on the almost-career π
Came to hit, stayed to tilt πΏ
That whole feeling of having to chase the money is terrifying π¨. Maybe I'm being dumb but I'm worried about doing that thing once I get a good bonus, you know? I'm still trying to figure out how to clear the wagering reqs first π¬. Thanks for the warning π.
Learning to clear wagering, go easy π

@DannyFortune310 two days KYC is genuinely quick, took about the same for mine and the cashout hit my account without a fuss. Difference is I reckon I got up A$700 off a similar deposit and talked myself into one more spin instead of banking it, watched half evaporate. Cashing out in time is everything, that A$900 you saw was the moment to lock it.
Bonus taken, wagering cleared.
@Wollongong_South1990 the "one more spin" voice is a liar mate, banked a win once and felt like a genius π my usual move is depositing exactly what the RSL night out would cost π€£
One more spin, promise.
JoshRoller's RSL budget idea is the only sane approach in this whole thread. Before anyone commits a cent to Raging Bull though, got a cashout screenshot? "Two days KYC was quick" is one bloke's word, and this place has form. Check the blacklist first, then post the withdrawal receipt.
Hype isn't a payout.
