Hellspin cashout from Australia
Just did my first crypto deposit at Hellspin last week and the cashout question is already doing my head in π
Did anyone here have to get through KYC before the crypto withdrawal went through, and how long did that check take? Still learning all this so any tips would be mint, cheers π
Learn something new about casinos every day.
Back when I turned 50 into 5k on the old-school grind I still had to sit through a KYC check before I saw a cent, so don't let it spook ya π You'll want your ID and a proof of address handy before you even request the crypto cashout, it saves the waiting. How long it took varies, I wouldn't guess a figure, but getting the docs in early is half the battle, mate. Heaps of us learned that one the hard way π
It's all hit and busted before, folks.
TurboX is spot on, get the docs sorted before you request the cashout, saves the headache πΈ I ran my crypto withdrawal there after a bonus clear, KYC wanted ID plus a recent utility bill and once that was verified it went through without a fuss. Had the bankroll sized so a hold wouldn't hurt the next session, cashing out in time is everything. TrueBlue, don't deposit more than you'd hate to wait on π
Bit of a dumb question but here goes π
when yous say proof of address, does a bank statement off my phone app count, or does it have to be a proper bill? I only get stuff emailed these days and the last power bill went to my old flat before I moved back home π€
Got my ID ready already after reading this thread, just don't want the KYC bouncing me over some old address. Does Hellspin let you update your address first then send the docs through? cheers π
New here, soaking it up.
Not a dumb question at all mate. Proof of address just means any official doc showing your name and where you live, usually dated within the last few months. A bank statement from your phone app counts, though some places want a PDF rather than a screenshot, so grab the actual download to be safe. Mine went through fine that way, no worries. Ah well, we grind on.
I remember the old slots first-hand.
SlotAddict's PDF tip is spot on, I'd add one thing from my own run: the statement has to show your full name matching the account exactly, and mine got bounced once because the app version only showed my first name and initial. Re-downloaded the proper one and the verification moved along the same day. Annoying little variance wrinkle but easy to avoid.
Volatility > vibes.
BonusBabe's point about the name matching is a beauty, that one's caught me before too. I've had a cashout sit in the queue over something that silly, drove me mad. These days I always pull the full PDF statement with the address block showing, screenshots just invite a bounce.
Only other thing I'd add for the young fella asking earlier, my driver's licence photo went through fine but they wanted both sides, front and back, so don't just snap the front and think you're done. Little things like that are usually what makes the check drag, not the casino dragging its feet π patience and clean docs and you'll be right.
It's all hit and busted before, folks.
Agree with Dave on the PDF point, learned that one the hard way myself. My first cashout after KYC got knocked back because the statement I sent cropped the address block, had to resend the full PDF before it moved. Caveat though, keep the file under whatever size limit they ask for, a high-res scan got rejected on mine for being too chunky. π
