Finally got my cashout through at Level Up Casino
Good to hear the withdrawal actually landed, that's the part most blokes never get to. My KYC at Level Up was a bit of a slog with the ID docs but once they had everything it went through clean. Cashing out in time is everything, I don't care how good the session was.
Out of interest, did they ask for a selfie holding the ID or just the standard docs? They hit me with the selfie bit and I know a few punters who got stuck on exactly that step. 🔥💸
500x one day, zero the next. Classic.
Gotta agree there, cashing out is the whole point of the exercise. My KYC at Level Up went smoother than expected, they just wanted the licence and a bill and that was that. I've had worse checks at places that looked flasher on the surface, funny how that works. Grats on the withdrawal mate, always a good feeling 😉
It's all hit and busted before, folks.
I hope my KYC goes smooth like DaveFortune said 😂. Is there any way it can be a total nightmare though? 🥺

ID slog or smooth, you still need to show the bank receipt first. Don't believe it until the cash is in your account.
Licence first, deposit after.
Manly_North you're not wrong but I read this thread as people saying the cash did land, so the receipts kind of exist 😅 My first KYC is coming up soon and honestly dreading it a bit.
Asking dumb bonus questions — that's the job.
Total noob question here 😅 everyone's mentioned KYC but what docs actually count as a "bill" for the proof of address part? Is a phone bill okay or does it need to be a utilities one? Still learning bonuses and all this withdrawal stuff, keen to get it right first go 🙏

No worries TrueBlue, a bill is just anything official with your name and address on it that's recent. Phone bill works fine, gas or electricity is the classic, even a bank statement usually does the job. Had a mate at the local RSL gripe his power bill got knocked back once cos it was too old, so check the date on it before you upload. Ah well, we grind on.
I remember the old slots first-hand.
It's crazy how stressed people get over a few pieces of paper when the bankroll is actually the big deal. I found that even if the KYC was sorted quickly at Level Up, if your nominated bank details weren't matched perfectly, the whole cashout stops. You just gotta treat that verification stage like part of the bet, don't let a sloppy entry cost you the winnings.

Tassie1986 that bank detail bit is scary though 😬 so even with KYC sorted they can still hold the cashout if the name on the account doesn't match exactly? Maybe I'm being dumb but I only ever pay into these places from my everyday account anyway, would that be enough or do they want the statement for the bank too?
Had the exact same thing with a name mismatch myself, middle initial on the bank account but not on the casino profile, and the cashout sat there until I got it fixed. So yeah Chris, match every detail before you even request the withdrawal. I now screenshot my ID and bank details side by side before sending anything through, saves the headache 💸
Bonus taken, wagering cleared.
So stressful reading all this about bank details being perfect!! 😩 If I’ve already done all the KYC stuff with my actual ID, why does the casino still hold the cashout over a tiny difference like a middle initial? Is it really this strict or is this just a way to slow things down? Cheers everyone, this is confusing me! 🙏
New here, soaking it up.
It's genuinely strict, TrueBlueBlue, no conspiracy. The bank name check is the money leaving, so they have to prove the account is yours same as the ID part. My trick is keeping the casino profile name identical to my bank account down to the middle name before I even deposit, saves the drama later.
Had a mate lose a week of waiting over a nickname on his profile instead of his legal name. Annoying? Yeah. But when you're clearing wagering and the cashout is the whole point of the session, I'd rather they check twice than some random with my details walking off with my win 😅🔥
Cashing out in time is half the battle.
Feels a bit convenient though, "it went clean once I fixed it"? 🤔 How long did that fix actually take before they released it? Still learning all this 😅

It's an AML thing, they'd get nailed if they pushed a payout to an account in someone else's name, so the pedantry is them covering themselves. I keep my profile matching my bank to the letter before I even have a slap. Nick, the fix time varies, mine got unstuck quicker once the docs went through clean. Cashing out in time is everything, so don't let a middle initial be the thing that jams it up 💸
Matching the profile name to the bank is the whole game, saves a week of stuffing about. Cashed a handpay style hit from Level Up last month, no dramas because of that. 🎰
