Fair Go cashout stuck at the KYC check, anyone else been through it?
Been through the Fair Go KYC wait myself, so this thread is very familiar. From memory they wanted the usual: photo ID, a recent utility bill or bank statement with your address on it, and proof that the payment method is yours. I just snapped everything on my phone and sent it through, blurry bill photo got knocked back once so make sure the whole page shows.
No idea what the actual turnaround is these days, mine felt like forever while I was staring at the pending balance. Once it cleared though the cashout moved without another drama. Question for the rest of you: do they ask for anything extra if you took a bonus before withdrawing? Heard that triggers a second look sometimes.
500x one day, zero the next. Classic.
That matches my run-in with them a while back, BetGod. They also got fussy about the bill being under three months old, so don't send an old one or it'll sit there gathering dust. Tip from an old busta: make sure the name on the payment proof matches your ID exactly, that's what tripped mine up 😄
It's all hit and busted before, folks.
Maybe I'm being dumb here but what counts as "proof the payment method is yours"? Like a screenshot of the account or a card photo? 🙈 Thanks Dave for the name-matching tip btw.

sometimes all this chasing the small wins feels like driving through townsville traffic just trying to get one light green. they aren't looking for a pic of your plastic, mate, they wanna see a recent statement or transaction detail linked to that payment method showing you actually used it with fair go. basically, it's gotta prove that the account belongs to the same person on your ID.

Thanks Dave, that name-matching thing makes sense 👍 I only made my first deposit recently and the card's in my mum's old address still, so I'm bracing for drama 😅

MaxWin_Luck, that mum's address one will bite ya, worth fixing the ID side first. From my own Fair Go run the statement proof had to show the account number partially masked, they were picky about that too. ah well, we grind on 😉
Busted more than you've deposited 😉
