Fair Go cashout finally went through after my KYC saga
Good on you for getting it over the line, that KYC back-and-forth is the part that kills me. Three re-sends on the same doc sounds like their system just binning blurry scans. What actually got knocked back, the ID or the proof of address? Asking because mine's pending now and I'd rather send it right the first time. 💸
Three re-sends on the same doc, that'd drive a saint to the grog 😄 From memory mine got knocked back twice, once the utility bill was older than they liked and once the photo had a bit of glare on the licence. The trick that worked for me was just photographing the doc flat on a white bench under the kitchen light, no flash, whole card in frame with the edges visible.
And yeah it's usually the proof of address that trips people up more than the ID, because they want something recent and half of us pay everything online these days so there's no paper bill lying around. Banks statements work if you can get a clean PDF. Ah well, we grind on, and once that check clears the first time the next ones usually go through quiet.
I remember the old slots first-hand.
Total noob here but this thread is gold 😅 my first cashout got stuck at the ID stage too, glare on the licence sounds like my exact problem. Retook it near a lamp and it cleared. 🙏

Maybe I'm being dumb but what do they mean by the utility bill being "older than they liked"? 😅 Mine's a couple months old, do they want one from like the last month or something? Still working out my first cashout so this thread is helping heaps 🙏
Learning to clear wagering, go easy 🙏
Mike mate, it just means the bill has to be recent, usually last couple of months, so they know you actually live where you say. Mine's an old-school grind story, turned 50 into 5k once and still got stung because my power bill was from the previous quarter, had to grab a fresh one and it sailed through. Take a photo near a lamp like TrueBlueLocal did, no glare, and you'll be right 😉
It's all hit and busted before, folks.
seriously though, having those checks stall is worse than a bad session on a dead machine because at least you know where you stand with your bankroll. The glare and old docs are definitely the easy fixes, but sometimes the system just flags mismatch on the name or address compared to the initial sign up data. It's never just about the paper itself; it's about consistency across the board for them to let the cash out.
500x one day, zero the next. Classic.
Bloody hell TurboX, turning 50 into 5k then getting stung over a stale power bill is rough 😅 is the bill rule the same for everyone or does it vary?
New here, soaking it up.
Bloody hell, dealing with admin like that is way more stressful than any dodgy machine ever was. You spend hours stacking up winnings, getting closer to a solid cashout, only to have the whole thing stop over some dusty power bill. At the end of the day, cashing out in time is everything if you want to maintain bankroll discipline. It’s a massive pain when the system turns a real win into a waiting game.
Mine got stuck over a blurry licence scan too, re-sent it once and it cleared. Painful wait but once docs are fresh it's smooth sailing 💸
Bonus taken, wagering cleared.
