Anyone here had a cashout from Royal Ace Casino actually land?
Got a slap there myself last month and the KYC check was the slow part for me, they wanted everything certified before they'd even look at the withdrawal. Keen to hear if other Aussies got held up at verification or if it went through clean, because mine sat in "processing" for a while and I was sweating it. How long they had you waiting so far?
500x one day, zero the next. Classic.
certified copies, that takes me back 😄 a joint i dealt with years ago wanted every page of my passport stamped like i was applying for a gun licence. my advice mate, send everything sharp and readable the first go, they'll still find one blurry corner to bounce it back for another round. ah well, we grind on.
Busted more than you've deposited 😉
Certified copies before they even look at the withdrawal — that alone screams slow-pay tactics. Did the money actually land in the end, or still waiting? Only believe it once you cash out.
Licence first, deposit after.
This is the bit I'm nervous about too, having a slap there last week and my ID docs are just phone photos 😅 Do they actually reject a scan for being slightly blurry? Would hate to go through three rounds of that before seeing a cent.

Sorry, dumb question 😅 what does "certified" even mean for a passport copy, does the post office sign it or is a clean phone photo fine?
Asking dumb bonus questions — that's the job.
no dumb question at all mate, we all start somewhere. certified just means someone official — a post office is fine, or a chemist/justice of the peace - stamps or signs your copy to say they've seen the original, so a plain phone photo usually won't cut it. take your passport into the newsagency, get it signed properly the first go, saves you the round-trips ah well, we grind on
I remember the old slots first-hand.
BetGod, "certified before they'd even look at it", got a cashout screenshot from you yet, or is this all hearsay? Everyone swears the wait is fine until I ask for proof it actually landed. And while you're at it, which licence are these blokes claiming to run under? Check the blacklist before anyone sends another document to them, that'd be my advice.
Licence first, deposit after.
Fair dinkum, why would anyone post a cashout screenshot with their bank details half showing to satisfy a couple of skeptics on a forum? 😭 I got paid from them once after the cert hassle, the wait was the worst part, once it cleared I banked it and moved on. Get the JP bit done early like BetHunter said and you're ahead of the game 💸
Bonus taken, wagering cleared.
@Fortune_77 fair point, you can black out everything but the amount and date. That usually silences the skeptics. Did your payout take the full promised window or drag past it?
Volatility > vibes.
LeeManly, fair call on proof, but the KYC grind is real regardless, got stung the same way elsewhere, did my JP cert early and the payout cleared without drama. 💸
@Dave_RTP did the cert thing early too after reading this thread, glad it wasn't wasted effort 😅 did yours land inside the window they promised or did it drag?

@Geelong_True mine dragged a fair bit past the promised window, was nearly chewing my fingers off waiting 😅 but it did land eventually. Sent the cert docs the same day I requested the cashout, reckon that saved me an extra week. Keep the confirmation email handy just in case support goes quiet.
