No dumb question at all mate. When ACMA blocks a site the page usually just refuses to load full stop - you get an error or a blank screen before you even see a signup button. If it loads fine, that's your first green light; the KYC drama is a separate beast that only shows up at cashout time. Turned 50 into 5k once on the old-school grind, so trust me when I say check the page loads before you give them a single dollar of ID 😄

@TrueBlueLocal yep, that's exactly the right instinct. A$20 in, whatever you win gets pulled straight back out, no bonus, no second deposit. Treat it as a paid test of their cashier, nothing more. The A$30 you mentioned earlier is fine as a test stake too, just don't let a "double it or nothing" mood talk you into leaving the win in there.
One caveat on the plan though: a test withdrawal only proves anything if it actually lands. "They processed it" means nothing to me until someone posts the payment screenshot with the date and amount visible. Plenty of these offshore places (and yeah, they're all offshore for us under the rules, worth knowing) process fast right up until you're a real winner, then the KYC requests grow legs. Check the blacklist thread first, and if your cashout sits "pending" for more than a few days, post it here with proof either way. That's the only currency on this forum that counts.

I always check the bet per spin stays sensible (couple of dollars max on a test run) so I can actually cash out whatever lands.
