@Fortune_77 mine needed ID docs first upload, then it just cleared itself, no chasing needed 🤞 if you've already sent yours and it's still pending past that, chase them before the weekend for sure, weekends are the worst for waiting on this stuff 😩 ah well

@Fortune_77 mine sat in "processing" for days too and the second I asked live chat straight out they suddenly found a reason to want docs I'd already sent. Chase them before the weekend, sounds sus that they keep stalling. And when it does land, sure, post the screenshot, a win on paper ain't a win till it's in your bank 😏💸

@Geelong_True thanks mate that actually makes sense 🙏 I cleared my first bonus there a while back and when support voided a mate's bonus his wagering went with it too, so yeah sounds right. Maybe I'm being dumb but does a stuck cashout count as "cancelled" if they knock it back? Still learning this stuff 😅
