Crypto cashout stuck at National? Same boat here, mine's been sitting in the queue for a bit too and I'm hanging to know if it's just us Aussies or the KYC doing the holding. Haven't had a word back from support that tells me anything useful. I've cleared docs with these blokes before so I assumed the way out would be smooth. That's the whole point of cashing out in time, the wait kills the buzz worse than a dead machine. Anyone here actually had one land after a hold like this, or does the check just chew through your balance while you sit there? keen to hear what turned it around for you.
Cashing out in time is half the battle.

Gary, you're not the only one scratching your head here mate. Mine sat in that queue a fair while too before the KYC mob wanted another round of docs, and support gave me nothing but the usual script. Ah well, we grind on 😉

Gary, same questions I'd ask before anything else. Did you get an actual confirmation email when you requested the withdrawal, or just the pending status on the site? And has KYC asked you for docs yet or is it silent? Silent is the bit that worries me, because that usually means nobody's even looked at it. For what it's worth, when mine hung around at an offshore place a while back, the queue status meant nothing until they emailed asking for ID again. No payout, no proof, so I'd say screenshot everything now, timestamps included, before you need it. And keep in mind these offshore outfits aren't exactly answerable to anyone local, so if it drags past a week with no word from support, I'd be checking the blacklist threads here before sending them any more of your money.

Sorry, dumb question from a total noob 😅 but what counts as KYC docs exactly? Is it just ID and a bill or do they want bank stuff too? Mine's pending as well and I'm trying to work out if I should wait for them to ask or send stuff first.
Asking dumb bonus questions — that's the job.

No dumb question at all mate, we've all been there. KYC docs are basically proof of who you are and where you live, so licence or passport, a utility bill or bank statement with your address on it, and sometimes a photo of the card you used. On the crypto side they sometimes ask how you bought the coin too. My rule after years of this, send ID and a bill up front if a cashout is pending, it usually shakes the queue loose quicker than waiting for them to ask.

Mine sat in pending for ages too and the docs thing was silent the whole time, no email, nothing. I sent ID and a bill proactively before they even asked and that seemed to shake it loose, so SlotAddictLord I'd say send it before they ask. Beats staring at a pending balance for days wondering. FreeSpinsZone makes a good point about the confirmation email though. Check your junk folder too, mine landed in there. If there's no email at all I'd be on live chat with a screenshot of the request, easier to push than waiting for support to script at you. And if it clears, cash it straight out, don't let it ride back through the balance 😭💸

Tassie1986, did the docs actually get you paid or just move the status along? Everyone here is sharing pending stories and not one cashout screenshot yet. Also worth checking where these blokes are licensed before anyone sends passport photos offshore, blacklist first, then docs.

Fair point from LeeManly, I sent my docs day one and mine cleared without drama. If you've got a pending balance sitting there I'd rather chase the docs now than watch it collect dust. 🎰

I'm with BetGod, sent mine through early and it paid out without a fuss. Only drama was the wait once docs were in, no status updates the whole time which does your head in. LeeManly's got a point about checking the licence first though, I'd do that before flicking passport pics anywhere offshore. 😭
