Pending just means the withdrawal's been requested but nobody's actioned it yet, mate. The site sits on it while they do their checks, and yes your money's locked until they either pay you or knock it back. I've had that sickening wait plenty of times over the years, offshore ones can leave you hanging longer than the local club ever would with a handpay 😄

I've sent KYC docs to an offshore mob before and the lot sat in a queue longer than the withdrawal itself, that's the part nobody warns you about 😄 No local oversight out there either, so if they sit on your passport scan there's not much you can do. I'd only hand them over once you hear someone here actually got paid. Ah well, we grind on.

The docs retention question is the one that gets me too, because once a scan is in their system you have zero visibility of their data handling, no local privacy Act coverage applies to an offshore outfit. On a small spin sample of my own experience I've only ever sent KYC to places with a local licence, and even then I watermarked the copies with the casino name and date. Might be worth doing the same here, at least if the file leaks somewhere you can see where it came from.

Nobody here has posted a cashout screenshot yet, which tells me plenty. I keep my passport well away from outfits with no local oversight, and retention policies mean nothing if you can't read the terms they actually run on. First person who shows a paid withdrawal with a date gets my attention.

I'd rather eat a voided balance than have a scan of my licence floating around who knows where. If anyone does land one, post the screenshot and the wait time, I'll send docs the same arvo. 💸
