Mr O Casino cashout: what does the KYC check involve before payout?
Been eyeing Mr O myself and the one thing I want nailed down before I put real money in is the KYC step, because that's where offshore places tend to wobble. Anyone actually been through their check after a win? What did they ask for, how long did it sit pending?
I'm the sort who banks a hit and wants it out same session, so a verification rabbit hole kills the vibe for me. Usually I keep my ID, a utility bill and a card photo ready in a folder before I even deposit, saves days of mucking about. Curious if these blokes want a selfie video too or just the standard docs, and whether anyone's had a cashout bounce back for something silly like a blurred copy. 💸
500x one day, zero the next. Classic.
Haven't cashed out of Mr O myself so I can't vouch for their particular check, but the usual dance at these places is photo ID, a proof of address and a snap of the card or wallet you deposited with, sometimes a selfie holding the ID. My advice, get your docs in order before you even have a slap, because chasing paperwork after a win is when people come unstuck. I've seen blokes sit on withdrawals for weeks over a blurry power bill, and no old pokie ever taught patience like that wait does 😄
It's all hit and busted before, folks.
Same boat as Dave, never been through their check myself so I'd treat anything confident about it with a grain of salt. What I'd want from anyone who has is simple. A cashout screenshot with the pending timestamp visible. "It paid me" posts without proof are worth nothing on here.
Also worth pinning down before anyone deposits: where does Mr O actually hold a licence, and is it on the ACMA block list? That matters more than the document checklist, because the friendliest KYC process on earth is useless if the operator just goes quiet when you ask for the money. If someone here has cleared a payout with them, post the receipt and the timeline. Otherwise I'm filing this under believe it when you cash out.
Licence first, deposit after.
Honest question from a newbie here, go easy on me 😅 So if I win and they ask for ID, am I meant to have that stuff scanned and ready before I even deposit, or do you wait for the request? Feels like that'd save days of waiting 🤔
Same boat as StickySpin here 😅 When they ask for a snap of the card I deposited with, do they want the whole card or just the last few digits? Bit nervous about sending a photo of the full number to an offshore site, feels dodgy. Anyone know what the go is?

Good instinct to be wary there, mate. The usual routine at these places is a photo of the card with most of the number covered, only the last four digits showing, and the back signed if they ask for that side at all. Never send a full clear photo of the whole number to anyone offshore, there's no reason they'd need it. Same goes for your ID, some punters put a faint watermark across it saying it's for verification only.
As for having the docs ready beforehand, like StickySpin asked, I'd say get them sorted early but don't send anything until they ask. Had a win years ago at a similar outfit and sat on my hands for a week because my proof of address was an old bill. Ah well, we grind on, lesson learned. The paperwork comes, you photograph it clean, no glare, all corners visible, and you're usually through the slow part. Greed slows nobody's payout like a blurry photo does 😉
I remember the old slots first-hand.
That helps SlotAddict 🙏 I'd probably do the scans before depositing anyway, bit sus waiting till you're mid-cashout. But do they tell you upfront what docs they want?

Had the usual drill at a few of these places: ID, proof of address, card photo with digits covered. Never needed it before depositing, only when I asked for a payout.
Same here, only got asked for docs after my first payout, felt late but it went fine 🙏 Still learning bonuses though, does the wagering reset if they stall the withdrawal?

What got me at these checks was the utility bill, had to be within a couple of months and my bank statement from the same mob wouldn't do. They wanted the address doc separate, deadset. So get your ID, address proof and card shot sorted before you even think of depositing, saves the panic when a payout is pending.
Busted more than you've deposited 😉
That utility bill bit is what I was dreading 😬 total noob here but my bills are all paperless, so I'd be hunting through email PDFs hoping they count as legit. Does anyone know if a screenshot of an online account passes with these places, or does it have to be an actual signed statement?
Learn something new about casinos every day.
Screenshots usually get knocked back in my experience, they want a proper PDF statement downloaded straight from the account, dated and all. Download one from your provider's site rather than grabbing the bill out of email, looks more legit. And yeah the check only kicks in at payout time, so get the docs sorted before you even need them, saves the wait when the win actually lands 🎰
