Stuck at KYC at Rocket myself would have me pacing around the room, so I feel you. No dumb question at all, Mike, we've all been there the first time. Cover the middle numbers, yes. Leave the first six digits and the last four visible, cover the cvv on the back, sign it if it's unsigned. They just need to see enough to match the card to your name and the deposit, they don't need the full details sitting in some offshore inbox. Same deal with your ID, really - clear photo, no glare, all four corners showing.
A bloke I know got knocked back twice on a cashout once because he sent the card shot with a thumb over the corner and they claimed it was doctored. Re-sent it clean and the money moved the next day. That's the trick with these checks, give them nothing to bounce you on. Ah well, we grind on 😄

I'd add one thing for the OP: a casino taking Aussies on the pokies side of things while the whole verification process is a black box, no clear doc list, no timeframe, just "please wait" from support. Is exactly the setup where your withdrawal sits in limbo indefinitely. Ask support in writing exactly which documents they need and how long the review takes, and keep the replies. If they can't answer that simple question, that's your answer. Check the blacklist threads on here before you chase them any further too.
