yeah they do it to everyone at the first withdrawal, dont take it personally. get the docs in early, clear scan of your licence and something with your address on it, and chase them if it sits quiet for a few days. turned a decent hit into a waiting game once myself, the money was there the whole time, just needed to jump through the hoops. greed killed more bankrolls than bad luck ever did 😉

Dropping the KYC ask right at withdrawal time is the oldest trick going, and plenty of places use it as a stall hoping you'll reverse and keep playing. Got a cashout screenshot once it clears? That's the only proof anyone here should care about. If it drags past a week I'd be checking the blacklist threads before sending anything else.

Bank statement works fine mate, usually anything recent that shows your name and address. I've sent a rate notice before when the power bill was littering under the ute somewhere 😄 just make sure it's not months old, they like it fresh.

ky at cashout is the old dance, they all do it. i've had mine checked more times than i've busted banks, and one tip from experience: send the docs in one clean bundle, licence plus that bank statement, cropped nicely. half the delays come from blurry phone snaps they bounce back and make you rescan. ah well, we grind on 😄

Cropping does help, Nick, less back and forth when the teller can read everything in one glance. My first cashout years ago I sent a photo of my licence with half my thumb over it and they bounced it straight back, ah well, we grind on. Do it clean the first time and it's one less coffee waiting on the email 😄
