Anyone had a crypto cashout stuck at Rocket Casino?
Chasing support first is the right move, I'd want to know if the KYC docs got signed off before blaming the chain. I've had crypto sit pending while a check dragged, and the casino never tells you which stage it's stuck at. Did they at least mark the withdrawal as approved in your account, or is it still sitting at pending?
hmm, chasing support sounds like the only sensible thing you can do, mate, but even if the docs are signed off, sometimes they just lose your transfer in the labyrinthine back end of these sites. i've seen guys get stuck when they thought it was the crypto chain but it was just some overworked admin delaying the internal approval for the cashout itself. greed does get you busted more banks than you've deposited, ah well, we grind on.

not a dumb question at all, mate. signed off basically means the casino's compliance mob have looked at your id and proof of address and marked the check as done, sometimes you get a wee email saying verified, more often you get nothing and just have to ask support straight out "is my kyc finished?" and make them confirm in writing. learned that the hard way after a few busts, ah well, we grind on 😉

Yeah support here is useless unless you push twice. I got "processing" both times, no confirmation. Keep chasing till someone confirms KYC, then blame the chain if it's still stuck 😭
