KYC check blocking my Wanted Win Casino cashout
Hit the same wall at Wanted Win when I tried my first cashout, thought maybe I'd done something wrong π
Did they ask you for photo ID plus a utility bill or something else? Total noob here with the KYC stuff, so keen to hear what docs actually got you through π
Learning to clear wagering, go easy π
Same thing knocked me back there, Mike - they wanted photo ID plus a proof of address with my name on it, nothing older than a couple months. Utility bill or bank statement both did the job for me. Just make sure every doc is clean and uncropped, they bounced my first upload for a shadow over the corner π°
Cashing out in time is half the battle.
BetHunter's spot on, same two docs got me through there. Just make sure the bill's recent and the names match exactly, they're picky about that. π
Same two docs worked for me, but add a photo of the card you used for deposit, they wanted that as well before letting my cashout through π°
Card photo bit caught me out too - worth doing upfront π Do they want the front and back, or just front? Still learning this KYC stuff π
Learn something new about casinos every day.
Funny how everyone's suddenly a KYC expert in this thread π half of you got through with two docs, one needed three, and the new fellas are still asking which side of the card. Truth is these offshore places change their checklist whenever they feel like it, what worked for John last month might get you bounced today.
My tip: before you resubmit anything, fire off a message to their support and ask them to spell out exactly what they want for your account. Costs you nothing, saves another knock-back, and they can't claim you sent the wrong thing. And if you're playing from Australia, expect them to be extra fussy - the moment a punter mentions being a local, the paperwork tends to grow. Names matching exactly is the big one, like ChasingLossesAgain said; I once had a bill in "D. Smith" instead of "David" and they carried on like I'd handed them a fake passport. Pedantic buggers, but once they're happy, the money moves. π
It's all hit and busted before, folks.
Been through the KYC song and dance at a few of these offshore joints and the card photo bit always feels like the gotcha - front AND back both times for me, and they wanted the back mostly to check the signature strip was visible. Smudged photo of mine first go and it bounced back, so I just retook it on a dark benchtop with no flash and it cleared.
And Dave's right, half the mucking around is names not matching exactly, my old address on a bill that didn't line up with the account cost me a resubmit too. Annoying when you're sitting there watching your bankroll do nothing, but once the docs are clean it's painless. Same bet per spin rules apply while it's pending though, don't touch the balance π

500x one day, zero the next. Classic.
Total noob here but I hit a KYC snag at another joint recently and the card photo was exactly where I got bounced too π
Sent just the front first up and they came back asking for the back with the signature showing, so cheers BetGod that matches what happened to me. What tripped me up even more was the name on the utility bill had to match the ID exactly. My bill is addressed to me and my flatmate so I had to dig out a bank statement instead. Might be worth checking that before resubmitting so you don't lose another few days going back and forth π
Asking dumb bonus questions β that's the job.
Funny how the card photo's turned into the great filter of our times π everyone in here bounced at exactly the same step. I'll say this much after more cashouts than I care to admit. Front and back every time, and make sure the signature strip isn't washed out by the flash. That's the bit they actually squint at.
What I'd add is don't make them ask twice. I once got lazy, sent a blurry utility bill, and the whole thing sat there for ages while they churned it back. Clean docs, all corners visible, done in one go. Ah well, we grind on π
I remember the old slots first-hand.
@SlotAddict_24 the great filter, love it π My theory: the card pic is where they hope you get bored and give up the cashout. Sure, post the screenshot when it clears π
Show me the withdrawal first π
Mine got knocked back for the card back too, front and back sorted it π Guessing I'll need the utility bill next? Does the address have to match exactly?
New here, soaking it up.
Yeah the card back got me too once, flash killed the signature strip and they bounced it straight back π LuckIsAllTillIWin, address on the bill matched my account exactly and it went through fine, so keep them identical.β¦
@LuckIsAllTillIWin yeah keep it identical, Dave's right. One letter off and they'll bounce the bill too. Took my utility bill at the exact account address, cleared first go π°
Bonus taken, wagering cleared.

Hanging around waiting on KYC is the worst part of any cashout, that's where most blokes lose patience and reverse the withdrawal πΈ

@HobartTrue I'd frame it a bit differently. The card pic is a compliance gate, the boredom is just the side effect. That said, the friction is real and it does feel engineered to thin out impatient punters. Screenshot will go up the moment it lands; my spreadsheet needs the data point anyway π
RTP is a long-run number.

@Brizzie24 compliance gate or not, the card pic drama nearly broke me too π
stuck at it for ages then the cashout hit big last night. A$1,240 in the end π€π₯ patience pays I reckon, they wear you down but they do pay...
@Brizzie24 reckon you're right about the gate, got stuck on the card pic myself for days. But cashout did land, they paid me fine π€ patience is the whole game there π₯

Nah they got me at the card pic too, nearly chucked it in the too-hard basket π cashout eventually landed though, worth the wait π€π₯
Backing my slot to the last spin.

Anyone else think compliance is just the casino saying "good luck busting your bank" before they release the funds? π€£π
Came to hit, stayed to tilt πΏ

@AdelaideMate nice one mate, A$1,240 is a decent score π€ they had me stuck on the card pic too, few days of mucking about, then the cashout just hit π°π° worth having a crack.
