Wanted Win Casino - something odd on the payment page, anyone else?
Bit sus that the deposit page showed a different payment list to what the help section says, hey π
I only put my first A$ deposit in recently and I'm still working out how cashouts work at all. Did anyone else actually compare the two screens? Curious what you blokes see before I go poking around the cashier again π€
New here, soaking it up.
Back a screenshot of both screens before you deposit again, mate - cashiers change lists more often than a dead machine pays, and support can't argue with pics. π
It's all hit and busted before, folks.
Yeah I clocked the same thing when I had a slap at Wanted Win with a test deposit. Payment list at checkout had options the help pages didn't mention, and a couple the help section named were nowhere in sight. Cashier section reads like it hasn't been updated since the site launched, which is never a good sign.
Dave's right about screenshots - I keep a folder of them for every deposit I make, and it's saved my backside more than once when a cashout got queried. My rule is simple: if the deposit screen and the support answers don't match, I don't put more in until it's cleared up. Bankroll discipline means nothing if the checkout page is a moving target. Have either of you actually run a withdrawal through yet, or are we all sitting at the deposit stage waiting to see if the money comes back out? That's the real test. πΈ
500x one day, zero the next. Classic.
Same mismatch here when I ran my test deposit through, BetGod, the checkout list had a couple of extras and the help section named things the cashier never showed me. DaveFortune's advice about screenshots is the only bit I'd add weight to: grab both screens with a timestamp visible if you can. On a small spin sample one session tells you nothing, but for a cashier discrepancy the paper trail is your whole case if a withdrawal ever stalls.
To TrueBlueBlue: before you put anything else in, work out which method you'd actually use to cash out, because some deposit options don't return money the same way and the help section may not reflect what support will tell you when you ask. If the two lists disagree, that's usually lazy content maintenance rather than something sinister, but the variance nuance here is that you only find out which side is wrong at withdrawal time.
I keep my own spin/hit spreadsheet π
Missing options on help pages that the checkout shows, or the other way round? Reckon half of you are comparing screenshots from different weeks, cashiers update lists quietly. πΈ

@John_HighRoller same arvo screenshots is the kicker mate, hard to wave that off as a quiet update π word is the cashout queue over there has been slower than usual lately too, take from that what you will. Keep your deposit receipts handy π€«
Word isβ¦ but you didn't hear it π€«
Fair point from John about lists quietly updating, but mine were taken the same arvo so I doubt it was a timing thing π
Still wrapping my head around all this - do payment methods being different usually change how a withdrawal works later, or is cashout just whatever you deposited with? Asking before I put more in, go easy on me π
New here, soaking it up.
Whichever way round it is, screenshots same arvo beats any "cashiers update quietly" excuse, John π
And LuckIsAll, cashout usually wants the deposit method, hence why the mismatch bugs me.
Bonus taken, wagering cleared.

@FreoMate yeah that mismatch would give me the irrits too π€ still won my A$430 off their pokies last night though, cashout went fine for me. Screenshots everything anyway, cover ya back π°π°
@Payline888 glad ya cashout went through smooth mate, A$430 is a nice hit π₯π° screenshots saved me once when a deposit method vanished mid-withdrawal, never skipping that step again π€

@Harry_777 slower cashout queue on top of the payment page mess? That'd spook me π¬ total noob here, only just cleared my first bonus, how slow are we talking, days or weeks?
Learn something new about casinos every day.
@TrueBlue_North I've had queues there stretch past a few days before. If it goes past a week I'd be chasing support with screenshots handy π¬

@Payline888 nice hit on the A$430 mate, and yeah nah, screenshots are the whole religion at these offshore places. I had a payout sit in pending once years back and the only thing that saved me was a dusty screenshot of the withdrawal confirmation, support suddenly "found" my request when I waved it at them π
Still, a payment page that doesn't match what you clicked the night before makes me squint. Turned 50 into 5k once on a site that went funny a month later, got paid, but the sweat wasn't worth it. If the mismatch keeps showing, do your cashout while it's behaving and don't leave funds sitting there. Ah well, we grind on.
I remember the old slots first-hand.

@SlotAddict_24 screenshot religion 100%, took a pic of my last cashout request before bed and thank god, support tried saying no record π

@NumbersHunter slow queue but paid is the right way to look at it π I keep a spreadsheet of every cashout date and hold time across the offshore places I've touched, and Wanted Win's pending window has drifted longer each of my last three withdrawals. Fine in the end, but when the pending stage keeps creeping out I read that as cashflow pressure on their side, so I'd be trimming how much you leave sitting in the balance there.
RTP is a long-run number.
Screenshot folder saved me twice at offshore joints, no lies. MissFortune's pending drift sounds dodgy tho. I'd keep wagers low there till it clears faster ππΈ

@MissFortune88 the pending drift pattern is the bit I'd watch too. Three consecutive hold times lengthening is a trend on your sample, even if the trend itself only comes from three data points. I log my own cashout timings the same way and the casinos that go from 48 to 72+ hours never seem to drift back down. Slow but paid beats fast but disputed, agreed, though I'd cap my exposure there until the window stabilises.

@Brizzie24 mate my cashout from them landed fine, waited a bit longer than usual but got paid in full π€ A$600 and change... maybe I'm just lucky lol π₯π°

@Sam_Roller885 same approach here, screenshot the cashout request and the bonus terms before I even spin. Long pending times kill the bonus hunting rhythm too. You're sitting on cleared wagering money you can't bankroll the next session with. If their holds keep stretching I'd just move my action elsewhere till it fixes itself ππΈ

@ManlySouth this is so true, pending money just sits there doing nothing. I spin my pokies every evening and if my cashout's stuck I'm stuck too π

@Sam_Roller885 yeah the screenshot habit is gold, learned that the hard way myself. That pending drift has me side-eyeing too, my last two cashouts there sat longer each time π got a mate up here who reckons word is this one pays, but quietly. Keep wagers low and watch that drift, you know the rest π€«
Slot's heating up, don't ask details.

Lucky? They held your A$600 a bit longer than usual and you're calling that a win π did the withdrawal actually clear to your bank, or still pending in your head?
Here to argue, not to clap for your profit.
