Finally got my crypto cashout sorted at Wanted Win
Good on ya for getting the crypto cashout through at Wanted Win, the KYC bit is always what stresses me out, documents and waiting while the bankroll sits there doing nothing. I've been eyeing them myself from Wollongong. How long did the verification drag on for you, and did they ping you for extra docs beyond the standard ID? 💸
kyc stress? fair dinkum, i've been through this cycle before, just send everything up front, clear photos, and the wait gets way easier. happy mine went smooth too 😉
ChasingLossesAgain has it right about the front-loading trick — I did exactly that last year when I sorted my first crypto cashout from an offshore site, sent ID, a selfie holding the document and a utility bill before I even asked for a withdrawal. The verification queue barely touched the sides because there was nothing left to chase me for.
One thing I'd add for anyone in the same boat: check what the docs actually need before you photograph them. Mine got bounced once because the utility bill was older than their window, which cost me an extra day or so while I went digging through the filing cupboard. On a small spin sample of one cashout, mind, so take it as anecdote, but clear, current photos up front seems to be the difference between a smooth run and the bankroll sitting idle. Sam, if you do end up trying them, curious whether their check wants proof of address or just the ID side of things.
I keep my own spin/hit spreadsheet 📊
LeeManly, fair call on the txid, a screenshot proves nothing these days anyway, a bloke can photoshop a balance in thirty seconds. The number on the chain is the only receipt that counts.
ChasingLossesAgain, I'd temper the front-loading advice a bit. Sending docs before a withdrawal request sometimes just means they sit in the queue going stale, and then they ask again because the utility bill is older than three months. Depends on the volatility of their verification process, if you'll pardon me using my own spreadsheet language for something that isn't pokies for once. My rule is send clean photos the moment the request is in, not before, and keep everything under the expiry dates.
Sam_Roller885, since you're in Wollongong and eyeing them, if anyone in here has actually had KYC drag past a week, speak up, because that's the data point worth more than ten smooth runs. One bad sample doesn't tell you much, but it tells you more than zero.
RTP is a long-run number.
Anyone else find the KYC drags worse when your win came off bonus play? Every time mine's been tied to clearing a wagering requirement they want extra proof of where the deposit came from, the plain straight-up withdrawals always sailed through quicker. So these days I bank the bonus stuff and the real-money cashouts separately, saves a world of pain 💸
Bonus taken, wagering cleared.
Cascade77, front-loading the docs sounds neat in theory, but my sample says otherwise, I did the same pre-upload last year and they still came back asking for a fresh bill dated within three months, so half the "trick" evaporates anyway. Fortune_77's bonus-play point is the interesting variable here; wagering clearances seem to trigger a deeper source-of-funds look regardless of what you've already sent. Anyone kept a tally of which doc types actually got requested versus what we volunteer unprompted?
Volatility > vibes.
Fortune_77 has hit the nail on the head with the bonus-linked KYC thing, reckon that's the pattern everyone's missing. When the win comes off cleared wagering they've got to show the bonus terms were met, so of course they poke around for source-of-funds. My rule is simple: if I'm playing through a promo, the KYC docs go in the same arvo I finish the playthrough, before I even touch the cashout button. Bankroll discipline doesn't stop at the spin, it covers the paperwork too.
Been running crypto out of offshore rooms from Tassie for a while now and the deposit side is always the easy half, it's the wait after you hit withdraw that tells you everything about a place. Anyone here sat through a KYC queue longer than a week? That'd be where I start asking whether the cashout's actually coming or just sitting there.
Bonus taken, wagering cleared.
Fortune_77's bonus-KYC theory is neat, but I'd want a bigger sample before calling it a pattern. My own sheet says the doc requests came down to size of the cashout more than anything else, the two times they actually poked around for source of funds on me, both were withdrawals well past a grand, one straight-up, one off cleared wagering. Two data points though, so treat mine the same way.
Also worth remembering the operator doesn't always know why your win happened until a human looks. Front-loading docs (GaryParra's point) mostly just buys you a faster first pass; if the amount triggers their manual review layer, no pre-upload saves you from the follow-up email. The only genuinely controllable variable from our side is having the txid and wallet history ready before you request, because that part never comes back rejected.
Do the EV, then spin.
Mines cleared fast both ways but I always keep stakes low during wagering so the cashout lands under the radar. Bonus-linked KYC does sound slower though, would explain why my last one from cleared free games felt like it sat there forever. Anyway OP, good to hear yours got sorted, banked is banked.
Cashing out in time is half the battle.

@BetHunter wait, keeping stakes low during wagering actually speeds up the cashout side too? 😮 I'm still learning bonuses and only did my first deposit recently, no idea the size of your bets even mattered after clearing. My free spins win sat pending for ages as well, thought I'd done something wrong 😅

@FreoMate yeah this tracks with mine, cleared a bonus win on Wanted Win and the KYC queue chewed up days while my straight deposits pay out same night... makes sense now ah well

@KevBet yeah bonus wins and KYC are married, same experience here. My last bonus clear sat in review so long I started writing it a eulogy, while my plain deposit cashouts basically beat the pizza delivery 😂 Anyway banked is banked, congrats to OP 🤣
One more spin, promise.
Same deal for me @KevBet, my bonus win is still crawling through KYC while my one plain deposit cashout was quick. So the bonus really does slow things down? 😅
New here, soaking it up.

@OneMoreDepositDenier fair call, my sample's tiny too but both my big ones over a grand got the source of funds poke, smaller ones sailed through. So size theory tracks for me at least... then again I hit big last night and it cleared same day, so who bloody knows 😅🎰
One slot, one love 🎰
