Just Casino asked for KYC docs I'd already uploaded last year
Having the same weirdness here π
I did my KYC last year too, and the portal even shows my old docs as received, but my status flipped back to pending for no reason. Did support give anyone an actual explanation, or do they just want fresh copies because of the date? I'd hate to get stuck at cashout over it.
New here, soaking it up.
Turned a fifty into a couple of grand on the old slots once and couldn't touch a cent of it until the verification circus finished, so I feel this one deeply π
Same story here, docs marked received last year, status bounced back to pending out of nowhere. BetGod's theory about the 12-month purge sounds about right to me. My guess is their system just expires everything on a date and nobody at support can explain it properly. Thing that got me though: if the portal shows the old docs as received, why can't they just look at them again? Re-uploading the same passport photo for the third time feels a bit like feeding coins into a dead machine, you know it's not going to pay but you do it anyway. I'll be chasing support for a straight answer on whether fresh copies actually unstick it, anybody actually got re-verified after resending?
Glad I found this thread, was starting to think I broke something on my end π
Same deal here - old docs marked received, then bam, back to pending. The 12 month expiry theory actually makes sense to me, docs probably go stale after a year. ChasingLossesAgain that verification circus story sounds rough, were you stuck long before they paid out?
New here, soaking it up.
12 month expiry theory's neat but sounds like guessing to me, did anyone actually ask support and get a straight answer, or are we all just shrugging? ah well, we grind on
I remember the old slots first-hand.
Mine flipped back the same day I hit a decent win on the pokies, so I reckon it's an auto re-verify trigger on payouts. Was stuck waiting before I could cash out. π
The payout-trigger idea makes sense to me too, mine flipped pending right after I requested a cashout π
Has anyone actually had support confirm why? Cheers, still learning all this verification stuff π
Funny how the pending flag only ever turns up when someone's owed money, eh π Nobody gets re-verified out of nowhere while they're down a few hundred. The docs going "stale" after 12 months is cute, but did anyone actually get a payout through yet, or are we all just theorising? The house always wins π€‘πΈ
Here to argue, not to clap for your profit.
Same thing happened to mine last week, old docs showing as received in the portal, then the account went back to pending right after I put in a cashout request. What got me was support just said "standard review" with zero detail, no timeline, nothing. Stuck waiting now and watching the bankroll sit there doing nothing is the worst part π
Bonus taken, wagering cleared.
@FreoMate yeah the "standard review with no timeline" line does my head in too, been there myself. Had a cashout sitting pending a bit back and support gave me the same runaround, then it just cleared after a few days without warning π€· cashed out a decent hit on my favourite pokie that night and it landed fine once they stopped stalling.
Worth noting ArvoKid's point about timing being sus though... funny how verification only wakes up when a punter actually wants their money back π Only advice I've got: upload fresh docs the second it goes pending, screenshot everything, and don't chase support daily cos it seems to just move when it moves. Patience eh... π₯
Backing my slot to the last spin.
@Turbo_win same vibe here, the "no timeline" line just means someone's had a quiet look and it'll move when it moves π€« word is the stale-doc re-up is the fast lane at Just Casino lately though, those who know, know. Reckon it's worth a shot before you chase support again π
Word isβ¦ but you didn't hear it π€«
Reading these replies and my guess is the "received" docs just age out of their system after a while, so anything from last year gets flagged stale the moment a payout pokes it π
FreoMate that "standard review" line with no timeline would do my head in. Has anyone tried asking support for the exact reason code? Cheers, still learning bonuses and this KYC stuff too π

Update from me - support reckon my docs "expired" even though the portal still says received π¬ so they're just stale, not lost. Re-uploaded fresh ones, waiting now π

@MaxWin_Luck reckon you're onto it, the stale doc thing lines up with what TrueBlueLocal got told. Same happened to me, re-upped my licence and the payout landed next arvo no drama π
bit annoying but way better than the old "received" limboβ¦ took a A$340 cashout off my favourite pokie that same night π€
So docs "expire" now, do they? π€‘ Re-uploaded mine three times at another joint last year, payout still took a week. Sure, post the screenshot when it lands πΈπ

@HobartTrue harsh but fair π
I've only done one cashout so far, still learning bonuses. So a week wait is normal even after re-upping? That'd stress me out ngl

@Geelong_True yeah, a week happens even with fresh docs, nothing weird yet. Worry more if verification stalls AND the withdrawal sits unpaid past that without any email from them. Got a cashout screenshot when yours clears?
Licence first, deposit after.
docs expiring is fair enough at some places, licenses and utility bills go stale after a few months and they're within their rights to ask again. annoying, sure, but i'd rather a re-upload than the old "received" limbo where nobody tells you anything for weeks. give it a couple of days mate, mine cleared next arvo when i did the same dance π patience beats chasing support every hour anyway - greed of the quick payout is what gets folks rattled, you know how it goes.
It's all hit and busted before, folks.
Re-upped stale docs at Just Casino myself last arvo and the cashout moved way quicker than expected, got A$640 in a few days π€ so yeah the fast lane talk checks out. Week wait is standard patience test imo, don't stress... yet π
The hit is close, I can feel it.
Yeah same happened to me with the re-up, docs went through way quicker than I expected and the money landed fine π€ don't stress too much @Geelong_True, a week is just them being slow, nothing dodgy... yet π
One slot, one love π°
Had this exact scenario at another offshore joint last year, they re-verified me on the grounds my utility bill was "older than 90 days", and the clock resets from the moment of the new upload, so the week starts then. One tip for you @Geelong_True: email them before you submit asking exactly which docs are current, then your sample is clean and there's no argument later. Keep that screenshot habit LeeManly mentioned, timestamps matter when a support ticket goes nowhere.

MissFortune88 nailed it, the 90-day bill thing got me too, had to reshoot my utility bill on my phone and the clock restarted π
pain in the arse but it cleared quick after that π₯

@DannyFortune310 the 90-day bill reset got me too, had to reshoot mine while standing in the kitchen like a dodgy passport photographer π€£ clock restarted and all, casino's still holding my last deposit as a souvenir though... donated to the casino again before I even busted ππΏ

@DannyFortune310 cleared quick is doing a lot of work there, did the withdrawal actually land, and how long? I've had casinos wave the "docs approved" flag and then go quiet on the payout for weeks. Believing it when the cash hits my account, not when the verification banner goes green.
Licence first, deposit after.

@Manly_North spot on. "Cleared quick" means nothing until the money's actually sitting in your account, and these offshore outfits know that verification approval and payout approval are two different gates. I've watched places dangle "docs approved" for days while the withdrawal sits in a mysterious "processing" state with no timeline attached.
My rule after getting burnt once: if anyone claims a smooth cashout, got a cashout screenshot with the date visible? Half the glowing reviews in these threads read like casino advertising to me. And with Just Casino specifically, worth a look at the blacklist threads first before anyone sends another cent over there, re-requesting KYC on year-old docs smells like a stall tactic more than a compliance refresh.
Hype isn't a payout.

Two gates alright, I'm still parked at gate two right now π€£ my bank's got more patience than the verification team at this rate π
One more spin, promise.
@Manly_North same here, green banner means sweet bugger all. Docs approved once, payout then took weeks and I nearly donated the lot to the casino again waiting π€£
The only serious thing here is my bust.
@JackRoller hahahaha "nearly donated the lot" mate that hit close to home π I'm still waiting on a payout there myself, docs green for ages and money just chilling. To be fair mine did land eventually, can't complain too hard, it's still my favourite joint for pokies and they pay when they pay π
But yeah, two gates is exactly right, banner going green means nothing until the A$ hit the bank. I just keep spinning while I wait, that's the trick, least then the wait ain't boring π₯π° ah well

@BornToSpin_Mode57 same story here, my last payout there sat in the queue for a bit but cleared the checks and hit my account fine. Annoying redoing docs they already had, but cashing out in time is everything so I'll jump through the hoops. Can't argue with the way those pokies have treated my bankroll π₯

I'm still grinding through the wagering on my first bonus there so the withdrawal side is all new to me. When you say cashing out in time matters, do you mean there's a deadline to request it once you clear the wagering? π€

Two gates, green docs, money "chilling", you blokes are describing a win on paper, right? Did you even withdraw yet or just staring at the balance? ππ€‘

@MultiplierGG564 mate I'm the wrong bloke to needle on this one π
I only made my first deposit there a few weeks back, still working through the wagering on my bonus, so I haven't even got to the withdrawal stage yet. Keen to hear how it goes for you lot though, because that's my next hurdle π
Genuine question for the ones who got paid. Did the second gate ask for anything new even after the docs went green the first time? I've got my ID and a utility bill ready to go but if they're going to want a bank statement with every transaction highlighted I'd rather know now than mid-cashout. And @Spin_Queen hope yours lands soon, waiting on money you've already won would do my head in π
New here, soaking it up.
MultiplierGG564 mate I pulled a payout off Just Casino before, docs got checked twice and it landed fine, just took its sweet time. Sure the KYC redo is annoying but the pokies there pay me too good to care π€ my A$ balance is staring at me rn actually, tempting me for another spin tonight π₯π°
Had the same doc-resend dance at a couple of offshore sites myself, and my rule now is screenshot every upload with the date stamp. On a small sample the re-checks mean nothing about whether they'll pay - what matters is whether the queue moves once you comply, which matches what Dave and CairnsNorth hit. Annoying, but keep the paperwork clean and cash out the moment wagering clears.

@BetHunter split half is smart but nah, I always bank the lot first π KYC redo got me too, docs I'd chucked up ages ago and they wanted fresh ones. Was cranky for a day but payout hit my account fine once they cleared it. And mate, if that balance is sitting there staring at me I'm spinning it all on my favourite pokies anyway... discipline who? π€π° Good to hear yours cleared quick tho, that queue anxiety is real

@Dave_RTP yeah I'll cop the doc redo if the cash actually lands, that's the trade. Re-uploaded my ID at Just Casino last cashout and while it was a pain, the withdrawal moved within a couple days of clearing the checks, so no real whinge from me.
TrueBlue_North, no hard deadline usually, but the longer the balance sits there the more temptation to dip back in, been burned doing that myself π Pulled a decent hit recently and left nothing playable, best discipline move I've made all year. If the queue stalls past a week though, chase support with your upload screenshots like Brizzie says, date stamps save arguments. πΈ

@TrueBlue_North total noob here too but from what I've read there's no hard deadline, the catch is bonuses usually have a max cashout or expire if you leave the balance sitting too long. So don't let cleared winnings sit there, request the withdrawal once you're done with the wagering π Also brace yourself for the KYC redo like everyone above said, glad I haven't hit that stage yet π¬

@SlotAddictLord cheers mate, that actually clears it up for me π
I was worried there was some deadline where they just take the balance back if you don't withdraw fast enough.
Only thing I'd add from my own limited experience, first cashout I did at Just Casino (only like A$80 but it felt huge lol) the money sat in my account for a day before I realised I had to actually request the withdrawal myself. Nearly left it there thinking it'd auto-pay. So yeah, dont let cleared winnings sit around like I almost did π still learning all this bonus and cashout stuff, everyone here has been a big help π
Learning to clear wagering, go easy π
Haha same, banked the lot first thing π The doc redo at Just Casino got me too, was spewing for a day but the payout still smacked through fine. Hit big on my favourite pokie last night btw, nearly A$1.3k, gonna need a fresh cashout soon so hoping they don't ask for round three of uploads ah well
