Just Casino asked me for KYC docs right before my cashout
Sorted my cashout with these blokes last month and the KYC request landed right as I hit withdraw too. Classic pattern. No dramas at deposit, they take your money without a peep, then the moment you want it back suddenly they need every document under the sun. Had my licence and a utility bill ready to go so it didn't sting too bad, but I know punter who got stuck for days waiting on the check.
What got me was the timing. If verification matters, do it before someone deposits a grand, not after. Anyone else been through this with them, and did the money actually land once the docs cleared? Asking for a mate who's mid-verification now and watching his bankroll sit there doing nothing. 💸

Got a cashout screenshot of yours in the end, or just their word it was paid? These offshore mobs running into Australia know half the punters bail on the KYC hoops and the balance stays put. Unless you can show the money actually landed, I file this under no payout, no proof.

reckon the timing tells you plenty, mike, they'll happily take your deposit without a word, then the KYC lands at withdrawal when they've got all the leverage. seen that pattern more times than I've busted banks 😄 hold your nerve though, just get the docs in and don't poke them every five minutes, patience is what gets the money out.

@TrueBlue_North same thing happened to me, first cashout got the doc request and I panicked a bit 😅 sent my licence photo flat on a white bench with good light, cleared first go. Did they end up asking for anything weird like a utility bill from you?

@Fortune_King45 blurry docs are the one thing that'll hold it up, mate. Took a photo of my licence on the bench at work once, shadows everywhere, bounced straight back. Re-sent a proper scan next morning and it cleared same day 😏
Word is their verification crew works fast if the pics are clean first go. Screen glare on the utility bill is the other trap, flash kills it. Just take your time with the lighting and you'll be sweet 🤫
