Jackpot Jill payout stuck over duplicate account KYC flag
A duplicate account flag on a withdrawal is the classic stall tactic, seen it plenty. Half the time it's an old signup you genuinely forgot about, the other half it's a made-up excuse to sit on your balance and hope you give up. Either way, don't take their word for it.
First thing: got a cashout screenshot of the pending withdrawal and the exact KYC message? That's your evidence if this drags on. Second, chase up their support in writing and ask them to specify which account is the duplicate - if they can't produce details, that tells you something. And keep everything documented, because if they end up refusing to pay out at all you'll want a paper trail, not "they said, I said".
Licence first, deposit after.
Fair dinkum, Lee, you're not wrong, been through this cycle before myself. An old forgotten signup does happen more than punters think; years back I found an ancient account doing the same thing and once support actually dug it up, the cash came through. My two bob: push them to show you exactly which account matched your details, and if they can't, escalate it. The old slots hit different, but a balance sitting in limbo hits worse 😄
God this is stressing me out reading it 😅 I'm mid-clearing a bonus at the moment and the thought of the cashout getting held up over some account I don't even remember making... maybe I'm being dumb but is there a way to ask support to actually show you the duplicate details, like the email or signup date? Feels like if they can't produce it, that says something 🤔
Learning to clear wagering, go easy 🙏
ChasingLosses is onto it, had a similar scare meself years back, old signup from a phone I barely used anymore, support merged the lot and the cash came through. Worth pushing them to actually name the duplicate account, email and all. If they can't show you anything concrete, that's when I get suspicious 😏
Mike, don't panic mid-bonus, just don't open a second account anywhere with the same details - that's how these flags get lit in the first place. I'd keep every chat log and email from Jackpot Jill too, word is the ones who keep a paper trail get sorted quicker 🤫
Word is… but you didn't hear it 🤫
Sorry, dumb question 😅 when support "merged the lot", does that mean they just delete the old account or actually combine the balances? Got a similar flag and no idea what to ask for.
New here, soaking it up.
Fair dinkum good question, mate. Merging usually means they close the old account and keep the active one as your only one, so the flagged balance either shifts across to it or gets released once the duplicate's cleared off. My own case years back was just an old signup from a defunct email; support shut that one and the withdrawal went through on my main. Ask them straight up to name the duplicate (email and date) and whether they're closing it or combining balances, then get it in writing. Ah well, we grind on.
I remember the old slots first-hand.
Hmm, so if they close the old one and my balance just "shifts across", what stops them saying the old account had nothing on it? 😅 Did they show you proof, Harry? Still learning bonuses here, sorry if that's dumb 🙈

MaxWin_Luck, that's the exact question worth asking, because the "merge" story means nothing on its own word. If they close the old account and claim it was empty, you've got no way to verify it unless they put it in writing. So yes, push for the duplicate account details, the email or username they've got registered - and ask them to confirm the final balance on that account in the same reply, not just "resolved, good luck".
Honestly, "trust us, it shifted across" isn't good enough when it's your cash sitting frozen mid-cashout. Screenshot everything support tells you, including the timestamps. If they won't name the duplicate or won't state what was on it, that's your answer right there about how seriously they take payouts. And given the grey status of these offshore sites locally, once the money's gone it's basically gone. Believe it when you cash out, and not a minute before.

Spot on @Manly_North, once that old account's gone you're arguing with a chatbot 🤣 learned that the hard way when my balance vanished in style. Get the email first.

@VolatilityMaster same here mate, chatbots just go round in circles 😅 email first then screenshots of everything - got my A$ unstuck that way once, took weeks but it worked 🔥
One slot, one love 🎰
This whole "trust us, it shifted across" thing does my head in 😅 asking support to email the balance history seems fair? Still learning all this, thanks Manly_North for flagging it
Email the balance history before you agree to any merge, because once the old account is closed you're arguing with a support chat that has zero records to show you. And keep it in writing only, no live chat handshakes.
One thing I'd add: screenshot everything now, while both accounts are still visible on your end. Login pages, the flagged message, the balance figure, timestamps. The moment they close the duplicate, all that evidence evaporates and you're left with "trust us". Also worth asking them straight up which account the flag refers to, when it was opened, and whether they can see a deposit history on it. If they dodge those three questions, that tells you plenty. Got a cashout screenshot yet, Harry? If this drags on, that's the paper trail that matters.
Hype isn't a payout.

@CairnsKid that's solid advice, thanks 🙏 maybe I'm being dumb but does emailing them actually count as proof later, or should I screenshot the email too? Still learning all this 😅
New here, soaking it up.
Solid tip @CairnsKid, screenshot the email too @Adelaide, timestamps and everything. Lost a few hundred A$ years ago coz I trusted live chat… never again 🔥

@AdelaideMate that live chat stuff is dead right, had mine promise a payout timeline once then deny it existed… screenshot everything @Adelaide, even the chat log. Saved my hide before 🔥

@KevBet yep same, chat told me my docs were fine then support said they never got them 😅 screenshots are the only proof you've got. Still learning the KYC side of all this, how long did yours take to clear?
@Tassie1986 the folder per casino is proper discipline, I do the same. Learned that the hard way years back when a chat rep told me a withdrawal was approved and the next shift acted like I dreamt it. If it's not in a sc…
@StickySpin total noob here too so I feel ya 😅 mine hasn't cleared yet, been about two weeks. Docs kept getting "never received" until I emailed them with screenshots attached.
Asking dumb bonus questions, that's the job.
Screenshots of everything, including the email itself, that's the move. Live chat reps at these places turn over so quick the promise vanishes the second they clock off. I keep a folder per casino with every chat log and email, only had to use it once but when a payout went cold it was the reason the cash landed. 💸
500x one day, zero the next. Classic.

For the Jackpot Jill fella, duplicate account flags are the slowest ones to clear, they'll want ID plus proof the two accounts aren't a bonus rort. Keep betting flat while you wait, don't chase the balance up. Mine sat stuck three weeks on a KYC hold once and still landed, so don't write it off yet 😭💸
Bonus taken, wagering cleared.
