Finally cashed out from Jackpot Jill after my KYC check
Good to hear someone actually got paid out of there, half the threads I read about offshore sites end at the verification stage and then silence. When I did my KYC at another offshore joint last year they wanted the lot, ID, a selfie holding the licence, and a bank statement showing the deposit. Took ages because my statement had my old address on it and they bounced it twice. Nearly chucked it in, but once it cleared the withdrawal moved fine.
Did they ask you for anything unusual? Some of these places want a photo of the card with numbers covered, and if you muck that up they reset the whole queue. And did the payout land to the same method you deposited with, or did they push you to a different one? That's where I got stuck last time. Anyway, good on you for getting it over the line. 💸
That selfie holding the licence bit is the one that gets everyone, isn't it. I've done a few of those checks over the years and the selfie is where the queue turns glacial, some punter holds the paper wrong and it's back to square one. Good on you for getting over the line, makes a change from the usual silence 🙂
It's all hit and busted before, folks.
Good to see a cashout that didn't die at the doc stage. My worry with these offshore outfits is the opposite order though, they wave you through KYC fine and then the payout goes quiet for weeks. OP, did the money actually land in your account, or are we taking their word for "processed"? Believe it when I see the bank statement, long-run it's still minus either way.
Licence first, deposit after.
Good question from Manly_North, I want to know too 😅 did the funds actually hit your bank, or just show "processed"? Still learning how these offshore withdrawals work. 🙏
Learn something new about casinos every day.
That selfie holding the licence bit has me nervous already 😅 I only made my first deposit recently and I'm still working out what verification even involves. When they ask for a bank statement showing the deposit, does it have to be the actual statement from the bank or will a screenshot of the transaction do? 🙏
New here, soaking it up.
you ever try setting up a new circuit breaker in the heat in Canberra? it feels like you're doing delicate electrical work but you've got a massive storm brewing overhead. that whole document palaver, like the selfie holding the licence bit, is just the casino doing its own checks to make sure you're who you say you are. they need to confirm your identity and sometimes your location. it’s basically them ticking a box for the government, even if they’re based offshore and not under our usual local rules. for us punters, it just means if you want to get a grand or so back after a session, you have to pass that gate first. jackpot jill asking for those pics is just them making sure the bloke cashing out isn't someone else. gets you through, then hopefully the funds land in your account quicker than a dodgy earth wire.
ChasingLossesAgain, what has that got to do with anything in this thread? I'll echo Manly_North's question, because "processed" means nothing until it's sitting in the bank. OP, got a cashout screenshot of the funds actually landing? An offshore site that smooths you through KYC without a hitch makes me more twitchy, not less.
Licence first, deposit after.
LeeManly's right, processed means zilch until it's in the bank. I got stung by that thinking once with a different offshore joint, sat on "processed" for days before I chased support. OP, once the KYC is cleared keep an eye on the actual landing date, that's the only number that matters. 😭
500x one day, zero the next. Classic.
Plenty of "it hit my bank" stories on this thread and not one screenshot between them. OP, the KYC saga is fair warning for the blokes still stuck at that stage, but I'll believe it when I cash out myself, or at least when someone here posts the actual landing on their statement. Until then it's just word of mouth from a site nobody locally regulates.
Hype isn't a payout.
Screenshot or it didn't happen is fair enough, but the landing date on the statement is only half the story with offshore joints. What I want to know is what happens when the check DOESN'T clear clean. With these sites there's no ombudsman to fire a complaint at, so if they come back asking for a second round of docs after you're already verified, you're just sitting there chasing support emails hoping someone bothers to reply.
That's why I treat any offshore KYC as a one-shot deal. Get every doc right the first time, nothing cropped, no glare on the licence, bank statement less than three months old. Cleared my verification with one submission last time and had the money not long after. The blokes who get stuck for weeks are usually the ones who sent a blurry photo from the pub and then wonder why it's stalled. OP, did they ask for anything unusual or just the standard ID and utility bill? 🔥
Bonus taken, wagering cleared.
Fair call Fortune_77, mine cleared clean first go but mates have had docs bounced twice for a blurry power bill. Chase support quick if yours stalls. 🎰
