Jackpot Jill cashout finally went through after the KYC runaround
Good on you for getting paid, that's the main thing πΈ I had the same passport-interview vibe at Jackpot Jill with the doc uploads, kept waiting for them to ask for my birth certificate next. Keen to hear what papers everyone got asked for and how many days the queue ate before the cashout cleared.
500x one day, zero the next. Classic.
Made me laugh that one, mate, mine felt like I was applying for a home loan, docs here there and everywhere before the withdrawal budged an inch. They wanted id, a selfie holding the card, even a proof of address fresh out of the oven. Cleared eventually and the cash landed fine, so I can't grumble too loudly, but yeah, patience is the price of entry there. Greed got me through the queue, no other way to put it π
It's all hit and busted before, folks.
Went through the same wringer at Jackpot Jill last year, and what got me was how the requests came in stages. First round of docs, silence, then suddenly they wanted another proof of address and a card photo, like they were drip-feeding the checklist. My advice after that experience: get everything uploaded before you even request the withdrawal, because once the queue has you it eats days and you have zero leverage while the cashout sits in "processing".
To BetGod's question about what to expect, from what I've seen across a few offshore sites it's usually ID, a selfie or holding-the-card shot, and a recent utility bill or bank statement. The variance is in how many rounds they run, not what they ask for. Mine took long enough that I'd stopped checking the email daily, which probably says something about my sample size. Did anyone else notice the second document request arriving only after you chased them, or was that just my luck?
RTP is a long-run number.
Glad yours cleared, that's the main thing π
I'm still learning bonuses and haven't even tried a withdrawal yet. How long did the checks actually take, roughly? π€
Learn something new about casinos every day.
Mine came in stages too, MissFortune88, thought I was done after the licence and utility bill, then a week later they're asking for a selfie with the card like I'm auditioning for something π reminded me of the old-school grind on those landline-era pokies, you just keep feeding it and hoping the feature eventually drops. Took patience but it did clear in the end.
ChasingLossesAgain that selfie bit got me too π
felt so awkward holding my card up in my Darwin kitchen. Mine cleared quicker than expected though, still learning bonuses and all that π

@Geelong_True the card selfie never stops being awkward, I did mine at the kitchen bench and my flatmate walked past like I'd lost the plot. While you're still learning bonuses, one tip from the maths side: work out the wagering requirement as a dollar figure before you take any offer. If it's 35x on the bonus plus deposit, that's a real amount of turnover sitting between you and a cashout, and whether you clear it depends heavily on the volatility of whatever pokie you're playing, high variance can chew through that balance long before the requirement is done. Keep a simple note of what you deposited, what the WR was, and how long the withdrawal took. After ten or so cashouts you'll have your own data on whether Jill is quick or slow, and that beats any review on this forum. π
Volatility > vibes.

@GaryParra did the maths on a wagering requirement once, worked it out to the dollar and realised I'd need to spin through about a grand to clear a A$50 bonus. Funny how they never put that figure in big letters on the banner. Anyway, hope you told the flatmate it was for a cashout, not a hostage video π
Here to argue, not to clap for your profit.
that card selfie bit cracked me up, felt like a police lineup in my own hallway when I did mine π what got me at Jill was sending the utility bill twice - first one "too blurry" apparently, and I'd swear it was the same file both times. the drip-feed checks are real, keep every doc handy before you even ask for a payout, saves a fortnight of to-ing and fro-ing. ah well, we grind on
I remember the old slots first-hand.
SlotAddict_24 the "too blurry" runaround is their favourite trick, mine got knocked back twice on the same bill before I just screenshotted it fresh and it sailed through. Whole KYC felt like a week of homework, but once cleared the cashout hit without drama and I banked it straight away π
Worth the grind if you actually clear the bonus in profit.
Bonus taken, wagering cleared.
Same bill knocked back twice here too, then a fresh screenshot sailed through first go. Rage-worthy but it works πΈ Cashout landed fine after that.
Haha the same-file re-upload got me too, third go I just took a fresh photo on my phone and boom, approved within a day π
cashout hit my account pretty quick after that, no complaints on the payout speed honestly. Once you're verified it's smooth sailing π€π°
One slot, one love π°

@John_HighRoller that fresh screenshot trick keeps coming up in this thread and I reckon it's worth asking why. If the same bill gets rejected twice as "too blurry" and then passes first go off a phone camera, the file was never the problem. My guess is their system flags re-uploads of identical files automatically, so anything already in their queue just bounces.
Which is annoying, because the verification itself isn't hard. When I did mine the maths side of me timed it: three minutes of prep, then the waiting was all on their end. Do yourself a favour and take every document fresh the first time, decent light, corners visible, no glare off the card. It won't make the payout faster once they clear you, but it skips the whole dance entirely. π
