Licence and a utility bill are the usual pair, just make sure the name and address match your account exactly, one letter out and they'll bounce it. I sent a photo of my licence against a white bench top, no flash, no glare, went through clean. Oh and if they ask for proof the card's yours, oblige them quick, don't sit on it.

Dave's spot on about the name matching, that's the bit that got me second time round. First withdrawal I sent licence plus a bank statement instead of a bill and it cleared no dramas, statement showed the same address so they took it. Anyone know if Bonza wants a selfie holding the licence too? Seen some places ask for that lately π

Not a dumb question at all mate, I had the same worry first go. Normally they want a proper PDF statement, with your name, address and the bank's letterhead showing, a screenshot off the app usually gets bounced because it's too easy to fiddle. I rang my bank once and they just emailed me a PDF statement same day, sent that through and it sailed straight past the check π

TurboX that PDF tip makes sense, my banking app does statements too so I'll try exporting one before I even hit withdraw. Do they usually want a photo of your licence on top of that? Keeps ΠΌΠ΅Π½Ρ nervous that one missing doc puts you back a week π
