Same thing happened to me on a different offshore site ages ago, deposited on a Friday, slapped the pokies all weekend, actually got up decent, then the withdrawal sat in KYC limbo while I was chasing centrelink letters and utility bills like a bureaucrat. Never again. These days I upload passport + a recent bill BEFORE my first deposit anywhere, takes two minutes and saves the headache. Keen to hear how long yours ends up sitting for. And what doc did they actually want — license, bank statement, selfie? Some of them ask for the weirdest combos once you've already got money riding on the balance. That's the part that stings, winning first and then finding out the fine print on ID after the fact. Cashing out in time is everything, but cashing out at all beats a stuck balance every day of the week 😭
500x one day, zero the next. Classic.

chasing centrelink letters at midnight, that's the bit that gets me 😄 been there mate, though mine was an old power bill from a rental I'd moved out of years back. these days I upload my ID and a fresh utility bill the same arvo I join anywhere new, takes five minutes and saves you that weekend of watching your win sit in limbo while some verifier has a smoko. greed makes you deposit first and think later, and the check always finds you out.
It's all hit and busted before, folks.

That KYC limbo is where they stall you out. Any proof it eventually paid, or just "never again"? Got a cashout screenshot?
Licence first, deposit after.

Sorry if this is a dumb one 😅 but do they actually need a utility bill even if my ID's verified? Still learning all this KYC stuff.

No dumb questions here mate, we all learned it the hard way. KYC just means "know your customer" - the casino has to prove who you are before they hand over cash. So they'll ask for photo ID, maybe a recent bill or bank statement showing your address, sometimes proof the card you deposited with is yours. Do it upfront, before you even deposit, and a win just becomes a payout instead of a paperwork marathon. Ah well, we grind on 😉
I remember the old slots first-hand.

For TrueBlue_North, nah, ID alone often isn't enough, they'll sometimes ask for proof of address on top, and if the bill's not in your name (sharehouse, mum's place) that's when it turns into a circus. I got caught like that once myself, chasing an old rental account for days while a decent cashout just sat there. Lesson stuck: sort the docs before you deposit, not after. ah well, we grind on
Busted more than you've deposited 😉

This thread is giving me anxiety 😅 I'm a student in Ballarat, all my bills are under my landlord's name so if they ever ask for proof of address I'm cooked. Maybe I'm being dumb but should I sort that stuff out now, before I even think about cashing out? Definitely learned something here, thanks all 🙏
Learning to clear wagering, go easy 🙏

Mike, yeah sort it now mate, costs you nothing. I keep a current rates notice in my email folder ready to fire off, saved me a painful wait last time I got up and wanted my cash quick. If the bills are under the landlord's name, a bank statement with your address on it usually does the job too, check what the site accepts before you're stuck in the queue sweating on a payout 💸

@BetHunter that rates notice trick is smart, might copy that 😅 My bank statement only shows my old suburb anyway so I've got no idea if that'd even pass. Still learning bonuses but honestly this doc stuff stresses me more than the wagering does 🫠

@SlotAddict_24 good explanation mate. I had a payout sit nearly two weeks once because my utility bill was three months stale, they wanted something recent. Since then I keep a fresh bank statement PDF saved in my email like BetHunter does with his rates notice. Old-school grind, but it saves the panic when the cash is sitting there in pending 😄

@Mike_Win nah not dumb, sort it now. Last thing you want is waiting on your cash while some battler doc holds it hostage 🤣 my bank's gone enough times without KYC adding to the funeral 😂
One more spin, promise.
