ky mate, kyc just means sending id so the casino knows who they're paying. photo of your licence, maybe a bill for address, sometimes a pic of the card you deposited with. did mine at another joint once, took a couple days and then the cashout rolled after, annoying but better than a mob waving through anyone with a email address 😉 till a few bloke here post actual croco timelines, don't chuck much in you can't walk away from

Haven't had Croco knock one back, but glare's the usual excuse anywhere. Snap it on a flat surface under daylight, no flash, all four corners showing.
