G'day mate, been there with the upload loop and it near drove me spare. Third attempt at a licence photo usually means the corners got cropped or there's a glare, they're fussy little buggers about that. Mine finally went through when I laid the card flat on a white bench under the kitchen light, no flash, all four edges visible. As for what they asked for, from memory it was the licence plus something showing your address, a utility bill or bank statement does the trick. Don't take my word as gospel though, their list might've changed since I went through it. The waiting part I can't help you with, mine took long enough I nearly gave up checking, but I don't remember the exact stretch. Ah well, we grind on 😄
Busted more than you've deposited 😉

The glare thing is real, WageringReq. I had the same dance with my driver's licence, flat on a dark bench under daylight and it went through first go after two rejects. Tip: photograph all four corners with a sliver of background visible, no fingers over the edge. On how long the cashout sits in review I honestly couldn't tell you a figure, mine was a while back and I stopped watching the clock after day two, then it just landed. Frustrating part is they never tell you which check failed, you just get a generic "try again".

Third slap at the licence upload would've done my head in, I gave up on photos after two rejects and just put the card flat on the bench with my phone torch angled from the side, no flash, and it cleared. No glare, all four corners in frame like BonusBabe says. What got me was they also wanted a recent bill with my address on it, worth having that ready before you go again so you're not stuck in another loop waiting on the cashout.
500x one day, zero the next. Classic.

Cheers for the tips, that helps 😅 my second reject was probably glare because I used the flash. Going to lay the licence flat under daylight, all four corners showing, no thumb over the edge, and see if it clears. Anyone know if they also want a utility bill for address or just the licence?

Quick question, what's a utility bill actually mean here? Would my Centrelink statement count or does it have to be a power bill? 🙏

Turned a 50 into a 5k once at the club many moons back, then spent a fortnight fighting a KYC queue, so trust me when I say the paperwork matters more than the win sometimes 😄 A utility bill is just any bill with your name and address on it, usually from the last three months. Power, gas, water, phone or internet, all fine. Centrelink statement can work if it shows your address, but they're fussy, so a power bill on PDF straight from your provider's site is the safest slap. Photo of a crumpled one off the fridge door? Yeah nah, that's where my second reject came from years ago. Lay it flat, daylight, whole page visible, nothing covering the edges, same drill as the licence. One document at a time, let them clear it before you pile everything in.

Centrelink statement worked for me when my power bill was online-only, worth a try 🤔 did your bank statement show the address too?

Had a mate's Centrelink statement knocked back once because the address was abbreviated, so mine went through as the power account PDF with the full street name and it cleared first go. Worth checking whatever doc you use shows the address exactly as you registered it, they match strings pretty strictly. Bank statement with the address on it usually does the job too.
RTP is a long-run number.

Cheers Brizzie24, that makes sense 🙏 My bank statement PDF had the address fine but the app version cut it off, had to download the full one 😅

My third upload finally cleared once I stopped photographing the thing on the kitchen table. Lay the licence flat on a plain dark surface with the overhead light off and use the phone scanner instead of the camera, kills the glare they kept whinging about. Small sample size obviously, but both my Crown docs went through on the PDF-from-scanner attempt after two flat rejections of photos. The address proof is where people trip up too. Whatever you send, the full street type has to be visible, no abbreviations, no cropped footer. If your bank app export trims it, log in on a desktop and grab the statement there. And resist the urge to upload five documents at once hoping one sticks, reviewers seem to just bounce the whole batch if one is shaky and you're back in the queue. One clean doc at a time was the takeaway for me anyway.

The kitchen table tip from Cascade77 is worth its weight in gold, took me three goes on my own licence years back before I figured the glare was the whole problem. Dark bench, overhead light off, phone scanner, job done first crack. Same trick worked for the old girl's passport when she did her check too 😄 On the address side, what Brizzie24 and TrueBlueBlue said lines up with my experience, the full PDF with the complete street name beats anything the app spits out. And don't be shy about the wait, the review can sit there a bit while they poke at it, that part had me chewing my nails my first cashout. Once the docs are accepted though it usually rolls along fine. Patience, mate, the money always comes slower than it went in, that's the one rule this game never breaks 😉
